    Hello Friend. (Sorry if that is not clear, I write through a translator) I collect the hk450gt helicopter on the APM2.8 controller. Stabilization works, but the problem is that there is no arming and calibration of the controller does not pass. There is no signal change on channel 8. What can be wrong?? The motor runs directly from the receiver. There were no such problems on the plane.

    Looks like all of the features I have been waiting for have been accomplished. I have been sitting on an Align 600efl for years waiting for the software to be reliable (return to home, position hold, acro mode). I will pick up a Matek H743-mini and test it first hand in an Align 250 pro. Any reason to continue waiting?

    Fantastic job on your programming tuning and setup!
    I have this flight controller on order. I was going to put it in an airplane, but think I may try it in a T-Rex 700 kit I've got laying around. But perhaps I should first try it on a little 500 before I destroy my big helicopter : )
    I understand betaflight cleanflight and INAV but Ardu Helicopter will be new to me.

      It is recommended to use a smaller 500 helicopter to contact the commissioning. The debugging procedure of Ardupilot is slightly more complicated than BF and iNAV, but it can still be successful with reference to the wiki.

    Fantastic flight which software is best for a beginner to use and which boards work for a heli also is there a way to get your starting parameters for a heli

      The cooperation of mission planner and ArduPilot firmware is most suitable for beginners. There is a more comprehensive wiki guide. According to the guide, patient and detailed settings, the probability of success is very high, see here: www.ardupilot.org Generally, the Pixhawk flight control and its Mod with built-in shock absorber can be used. Even many F4 and F7 flight controls can successfully achieve flight. I wish you luck!
