It can be resolve just by a simple logic - it is a few seconds analysis: a^2 + b^2 + c^2 = 83 1. a, b , c must belong to integers since their sum (prime, odd number) and difference between each of them (it is 2) are integers, and a, b, c all must be also odd; 2. therefore, the bigger (maior quadrado) can't be bigger than 49 =7^2; 3. therefore the sum of 83 = 9 + 25 + 49 Answer: the "area do maior quadrado" is 49.
X²+(x+2)²+(x-2)²=83 x=√(71/3) (√(71/3)+2)²=83/3+4√(71/3)~45 19/27 c)

It can be resolve just by a simple logic - it is a few seconds analysis:
a^2 + b^2 + c^2 = 83
1.
a, b , c must belong to integers since their sum (prime, odd number) and difference between each of them (it is 2) are integers, and a, b, c all must be also odd;
2.
therefore, the bigger (maior quadrado) can't be bigger than 49 =7^2;
3.
therefore the sum of 83 = 9 + 25 + 49
Answer: the "area do maior quadrado" is 49.
He always explain more detailed for those that have more difficulty
