Thank you so much for teaching us ! I’m also new to this field and it’s help me a lot! I watched numerous UA-cam tutorials already and I feel I learnt so much more than my training courses would ever could covered in these details. Thank you ❤
Love this. Thank you for reassuring me that taking my time and going slowly is not a bad thing. Always helpful info!
Excellent suggestions Dr. Tim. I am one of those people that does get "in the moment". I take a lot longer than the average person to inject but I do not rush through my procedure. I am too much of a perfectionist. Your comments have helped me and I will take forward in my practice. Thank you!
Take your time always. Your patients will only thank you for it. And less likely to cause complications too. Kind regards Mary. Clinical advisor for Dr Tim
Very thoughtful approach, I really appreciate your hints and tips as I'm mentally preparing for my dermal fillers journey and am terrified of possibly occluding a vessel. Watching your videos gives me hope and confidence to pursue this career path, thankyou. :)
Superb advice, micromanaging all the small events of the needle or cannula placement is critical to a good result
thank you from my heart
I am grateful to you
Your tips have helped me be bold with injections l am following you from Iraq
Thanks so much Tim. Really confusing when you first start researching this but your concise description and the 3D pictures made all the difference!
Glad it helped
Im a new injector. This helps so much. Coming from the ER I can relate to what you are saying, now to put it to practical application. I am looking forward to learning more from you.
Brilliant and.thought provoking. Thank you.
Very helpful. I actually tried imagining myself as the tip of the needle as it moved through the tissue while injecting
Love this
Brilliant tutor
I always enjoy your videos. It may not seem like much information on the surface, but listen carefully and you'll see how important these snippets are and how much sense they make during injections. Thank you.
This is wonderful feedback. Thank you.
i am new in to this field and i really love all of your videos and i am learning a lot from it .thanks
thanks
Gracias por tan increible consejo 😍
thank you, good sir!
Thank you so much Dr Tim
Watching this for the 3rd time , each time more value, considering in puts and out puts, realised the same thing applies for consultation and assessment and the nuances with patient communications and the dance
I wish he could have more demonstrated what he is talking about.
I loose myself in the moment of Injections. Very useful tips at my level.
Thank u Dr it’s very helpful

Yes, unfortunately I do take a long time to inject. However, my patients really can tell and always comment that I'm an artist sculpting. Question for you - When using a cannula, 25G 1.5" to be exact, what layer are you in when you can feel..., I call it "tic-tic-tic" it's like your breaking thin connective tissue attachments and there are no blood vessels.
Loved it...what you are describing is the ART of INJECTING..THANK YOU
Absolutely!
This is just how I work with patients in dentistry - I loose myself in those time bubbles whilst my patients listen to to calm relaxing music.
Thank you for your lessons
Thank you as always valuable and practical information.

Thank you for your video!! 🌞⭐I have a question I'm really curios to hear your opinion.. I see that even highly professional Aesthetic Clinicians as you are, don't get The Lip injection for themselves..
*Is there a reason behind that ❔❔❓❓?* 🙂
I absolutely agree!
I am injecting in the same manner however every day I learn from u
🙏❤️
Thank u so much
Hi, I’ve just came across your channel. I got lip filler a year ago and not long after it above my lip looked as though it was sticking out I don’t know if that’s migration. I would like to get my lips done again but I’m scared it makes it worse .
It certainly sounds like migration. Your best option is for reversal and then retreat or not retreat is an option too. Adding filler will only make it worse. Leaving it alone is also an option but migrated fuller can last for years.

Talk Talk Talk....and No Videos for treatment???
Some videos are at that level - the tactics, others are at the level of understanding and strategy. Depends where you are in your journey what is most helpful.
@@DrTimPearce Thanks for your Answer. I am from Germany and for me it is difficult to understand everything, so I prefer pictorial representation.
@@andrea-aurelia have you tried the youtube translation into german on subtitles?
@@DrTimPearce Yes I have, but learning by doing is my Passion 🥰
Would prefer more demonstration
Can someone please answer my questions? After having cheek and lip filler. I now have broken capillaries all over my cheeks, and marks/dints from the cannula. Also, after 3 weeks, my lip lines came back. Please help.
How long ago did you get your treatment done?
How much experience did your injector have?
The cannula marks should go away in time but could take a few weeks.
Have/do you suffered any skin conditions?
Also the “lip lines” do you mean marionette lines? Where they injected with Botox or fillers?
Sorry for not seeing your message sooner. Treatments can often cause some swelling and broken or new capillary formation. Cannula entry points should settle by themselves and depending on the severity of the lip lines will depend if they soften or not. No one can irradiate deep lines unfortunately and sometimes a multi modal approach maybe required. Please reach back out to your practitioner with your concerns. They should be able to support you appropriately.
