Chicken Strips & Rice
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 tsp tumeric
1 onion diced
1 carrot diced
1/2 cup mixed peppers diced
1/2 tsp garlic
Lemon pepper
1 tblsp butter
1 tblsp oil
Chicken
500g chicken fillet
2 tblsp nandos peri peri sauce
1 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp oil
1/4 tsp tumeric
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tblsp chicken spice
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tblsp mayo
Salt/pepper
1/4 cup cream

Any Cajun chicken spice...

Oh no. That is cayenne pepper. Robertsons and Ina Paarman make a spice thats called chicken spice. But you could also use Cajun chicken, Italian chicken, carribean chicken spice etc. If you don't have it, use spice for rice, veggie seasoning or peri peri.
