I know that this video is 2 years old , but i have the same problem with poor radio reception . I saw that you welded another wire in the outer layer - I suppose that it's the ground ? And where did you connect it ? To other ground or somewhere to body ? Thank you for response :) Cheers !

For sure you will have a lot of broken wires in the hinge area. I would start to check that. After all the wires fixed or with absolute sure they are right, if the problem persists, then replace the diversity module. But by your description you have wires broken for sure.

I used tbe same brand of diagnostic tool topdon.. However i cannot fint the health report. We have the same problem witj reception. But icNt find the real problem. Broken wirez or whatever.

If I remember correctly I just weld it in one side and on the other because the original wire was totally broken.

Check the rear hinge. The problem is in that area for sure.
