Hi! Great information. In fact, i have a hard shifting issue with my camry 2005 V6. It also has a delay when i accelerate. Would you be able to check if I need to put a new TCM unit or repair or replace it? There is a jerk i experience bet 40-60 speed. I have gone everywhere but all give me different info due to which i have to trust them and end up paying where the problem still exists. Otherwise, the car is wow! Superb and super cool.
I'm having the same issue with my Camry 2015. Resetting the ECM and deleting the history did help twice. However, the problem comes back after a few hundred miles. There's no code whatsoever on the diagnostic scan. Can you please help me figure out what's wrong?
Thanks for the detailed video. I just replaced my transmission temperature sensor for 2004 Toyota Rav4 because I had code P0713 and I wasn't getting overdrive, after clearing the code and test driving it, the code returned. Do you recommend transmission memory reset in my case? I must add that I recently replaced my valve body too and I don't think the reset was done.
Hey bro i have a question resetting (ecm)in a camry xse 2019 4-cyl will it help with gear shifting issue and not picking acceleration smooth when moving a car from the stop . ?!
Hey, if you do this and it works let me know please, I just recently purchased a 2018 SE and I’m having the same issues with the jerking and the not picking up , like a lag in acceleration, overall I love the vehicle but just this issue alone is making me second guess my purchase🤦♀️
Hello Taimur, can you describe your specific Launch model to check the market value. Not sure if an advance or basic model is needed for this task. All the best. Thank you.
Wsalaam, it’s Launch Auto Smart Diagnostic Tool X431 Pro V5.0 and I have checked it’s availability at Amazon. But same model is not available there. If you’re in UAE, I can tell you about their dealers.
Salam brother, thanks for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, I live outside UAE. After seeing your video, I checked amazon also yes this one is not there, but newer models are available. Anyway, thanks for such a well informative and educational video for us.
