Thanks for the demonstration. I'm making patch panels for a 1930 ford and it has a lot of curves. I bought this wheel and it should work for my small project.
Thanks, will do! Defiantly more to come! Thank you for watching all my videos and commenting! it really helps my channel. I'm so glad you like them! 💯💯💯 and Happy New Year to you and your family!!
Superb workmanship can’t believe you can make something so perfect with a hammer and a couple of pinch wheels ! Happy new year Tubal thanks for all the great vids this year dude 👍
What's up man! This is something I will be putting on my website in the near future! I am actively working on getting the website put together. This will be available soon
I guess the size of the tool doesn’t matter as long as the customer is happy 😂. Dude that shop has some unique rides in there! What the heck is that?!? Mustang/T-Bird
Try to move 18 gauge with this wheel 😂😂 this was for fun my friend. Just an exercise. But I can do whatever I want😎👉 my Harley fender is made from 20g factory
Yeah it would have definitely took a lot more effort to push 18 gauge through it. But yeah sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do 💯 thanks for watching tho!🙏
Not trying to be a smart a$$....The set screws were to just align the top to the bottom wheel parallel using a straight edge. You don't make them tight. You might want to look at the instructions. ☺

I wish they would have had some way to store the wheels with the device.
What was the tool used for tuning the edge?
It's a fancy flange tool lol it's a piece of 3/8" square bar scrap metal with about a 1/4" band saw slit in it.
what thickness is it
It's 20g
Ёу хорошо стелешь, ничего не понял, но работаешь быстро. Вперёд, на Завод!
Thank you🙏
Any motorcycle fender needs to be a min of 18 gage my friend

Ya I figured that might of been why you were using 20 but I've done it on small ones like that they can handle it in a pinch
