I tell all of my crafty friends that if they need container or box instructions to watch THE PAPER PIXIE! I think that whatever kind of container you would want, they will find it here. OMG! You are the best at that! You are very good with your directions and the cutting with the template right there! I truly enjoy watching your videos and I thank you so very much!
I love this box Julie. Just in case I haven't mentioned it before I really love how wonderful of a teacher you are. Especially love how you provide a template of your 3D projects. I print them out all the time & then I know where to go & what project I want to make related to Paper Pixie!! I have a 3 ring binder with a lot of your templates in it. I'm more or less a visual person, so I need to see it. Be well & TYFS
Re-watching the tutorial this morning as I missed the first half of it Wednesday night. Had never heard of a mug cake nor seen the mixes in the store. We are never too old to learn something new! Need to go to the store and check them out. Looks like a sweet little thing to gift. Love all your box tutorials. Made a dozen of the bundt box you demonstrated recently and filled with treats for the neighbor children for halloween. That is probably the most versatile box so far and easy to make up ahead and keep on hand for any occasion as it folds flat and is easy to store. Thank you for all these wonderful ideas and for your time putting these tutorials together. You are a gem.
Thank you for this design. I plan on giving these at my next Girls Lunch Out event. I will add a Christmas ornament to the gift. I’m excited to make these. Thank you!!!!
This is so cute! I usually do hot chocolate treat for my fellow teachers in January, but I think I want to do this instead...something different. You are such a great teacher. Have a Happy Thanksgiving, Julie!
Can you make a rat thing for a birthday party because my youngest loves rat and wants a rat party but I don't know what to do so it would really help if you made a rat thing thanks.
The Duncan Hines Mug cakes don't fit. I made the box after buying two boxes of them and they are taller and so is the frosting packs. I tried folding some of the frosting pack down but it makes it too thick. ☹️. ETA: I bought the chocolate lovers cake mix with frosting. Any idea on how I could make this box larger? I really loved the project!
Hi Kathy! During my livestream I shared that they fit without the frosting packet, but forgot to mention that during my pre-recorded video. Because the frosting package is so much taller, you'd really need a completely different box design as there isn't any wiggle room left with an 8-1/2" x 11" piece of cardstock for this style box. I wish the frosting packet for the Duncan Hines wasn't so disproportionate to the Mug Cake packet!

Very very cute.
I am happy to see this. It is perfect for just a token to let people know you appreciate them.
You're so cleaver! I love this gift box. It is a great little gift size. I appreciate you and Brian so much.

Beautiful box. Great gift idea.
Love this… already made 3 and planning on making more… great idea Julie…
Have you done a box similar to this that holds 6 A2 cards and envelopes? This looks very nice, as usual. Thanks
Another awesome project. Love it!

Thank you so much for your suggestion! I only work with Stampin' Up! products and we don't have any rat stamps at the moment.

@@ThePaperPixieI tweaked it a bit, moved the size to 8 1/2x11 and changed the second score lines a bit and got them to fit sideways!
Duncan Hines won't fit :{ The icing packet is too tall.
Yes, I shared that on my livestream, but forgot to say “without the icing” on this video.
