Oh my goodness Julie, my head just EXPLODED!!! What a gorgeous and amazing box! You are the Box Queen!!! Thnx for another excellent tutorial!!! God Bless you for sharing your exceptional talent and creativity!!! Many Hugs, Karen ❌💜❌🌸❌📦❌
I subscribed, I stumped on the Thumbs Up as much as I could and I also wished I could be in the wonderland of US just so I could buy products from you and give back a little of your generosity to share this brilliant project. Thank you! 💗
These have been so popular. I used them on my Christmas table with chocolates and a lottery ticket and have made many more for craft fairs. I’ve just made four more in lovely spring colours. Thank you for the great tutorial!
Thank you for sharing this clear and concise tutorial! This is by far the best explanation of the impossible box that I have seen-and the double ended feature is a real wow factor. I appreciate your talent and the inspiration you provide!
Well now, I was just looking through different posts today and came across yours. I'm so pleased, as I absolutely adore this little box. Paper is my favourite crafting medium and any kind of construction which is also useful, is always a winner with me. Thank you for sharing this with us. I'll be following you from now on😊...probably be looking on past projects too. You now have another British follower. Cheers. X
Spectacular box. I’ve just found your channel and all the wonderful projects you have created. I am so going to try your projects. Your instructions are very clear and concise and your finished products are flawless. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and ideas.
Oh my goodness! Double sided impossible box! I am so excited. I did the other impossible box and it was so cool! Thanks so much I can’t wait to try this one.
Love the double opening on this popper! I'm thinking you made a similar one a couple years ago that was also really cool! I made them for Christmas dinner favors and everyone loved them! Thanks for another great tutorial!!
Thank you so much for sharing this box! It is *the* perfect project and I made 30 of them for Thanksgiving favors! They go together quickly and are super fun to make. They don't take a bunch of paper, and a 6 x 6 pad goes so far with this project. Ingenious!!! Thank you thank you!
oh my...looks like I am the only one who had trouble. This is my 6th piece of cardstock and 3rd day....but I finally got it. I should have just followed the template I think. Love this project :) Thanks!
Debra LeBlanc I gave up after 1 try. Too much flipping and bending this way and that. I couldn't tell what she was doing. Maybe cardstock with two different patterns would help so we could see which way she was flipping.
Just had to try this out. My first one came out perfect....until I put the side together with double sided tape....and forgot to have the top part that makes the actual top folded over. Ugh😬. So of course it tore on one side of each end folding it back to make the lids/closing ends. It still came out perfect using all of your measurements! Plus it was my practice one and you have to be looking for the tape to know it’s there. Lesson learned...and I love it! Then decided I needed a larger one to accommodate something that is going into a Secret Santa gift presentation. So I made one that is 2 x 2 x 6 box when closed. It came out perfect!! It’s only because of your clear and concise video that I was able to make this so easily - so I thank you very much. I have found though when you put something into the box with any actual weight it seems to make it harder to open the ends. My suggestion is to open just one end at a time. Was quite funny though watching hubby try to open it... lol. He said it’s like one of those Chinese tricks where you put your fingers into each end of the weaved tube and then try to pull them out. I so wish I had videotaped him trying to open it 😆
How cute and I've never seen the 'impossible box' before. Love how you don't need specific dies to make it either. Thanks for sharing your very clear instructions and now I need to go and make one. :) x
Wonderful video Julie! Love it! Such a *”seriously supersonic” cool project! Concise instructions ... thank you for sharing!,, *(4 year old grandson expressive sentiment)! 😂
Wow, I made one, after watching your video step by step several times. Great directions, although sometimes your hands were in the view of the folds. I am going to make another one and see if it comes a little easier. Next one from shaded spruce and the plaid dsp. thanks so much, you are great. I also made the Body Butter box, even bought the Butter. I'll be looking to see what you come up with next. Maralee, demo from Oregon
Love this! You make it look so easy - yet I know it is quite complicated. Watching your video has made me definitely want to make 1 or 2..or 20 of these (
😯👏💕 Not only do I love this, but I love how easy you make it to follow along. Bravo. *Edit: after making this using #110 cardstock, I found it to be very sturdy, but the 2 short tabs took a bit of fidgeting, but otherwise turned out just like the video. A lighter than #110 might be easier.
