Julie, I believe you should get an award for the most creative boxes for treats & such! Love this one especially for our times in the world with COVID-19. Thank you! 🥰
What an adorable box! I love the closing. Thanks so much for sharing your talents and the template on your blog. Your directions and videos are wonderful. I love that you give precise directions and then also speed up the videos when we don’t really need to see any of the repetitious things.
This was one of those boxes I just had to make straight away! Absolutely fascinated by impossible boxes of all kinds and I'm making 24 different mini boxes and gift bags filled with little goodies (i.e. chocolates!) as an "advent calendar" to each of my daughters. Thank you so much!
Julie!!! This box is so great. I watched your video and then followed along and mine came out perfect! Thank you for your precise measurements and instructions. You are a 3D genius for sure. Thank you for sharing your incredible talents with us.
I absolutely am amazed by all of the awesome paper crafts you share with us!!! Thank you so so so much! I am currently working my way through ALL of your playlists!!! Thank YOU!!!! 😘
Julie, I think you are brilliant!!! How did you ever think this up??!! You are one of the most creative 3-D designers' on UA-cam and I'm amazed & grateful that you freely share your projects with the rest of us! Blessings to you girl!
I too love how clear you explain your boxes. Just did the diagonal box...loved it and it was easy to make with your instructions!! Thanks so much for sharing! 🇨🇦
As always you’re the best! Your instructions are super easy to follow and you don’t go too fast which is great! Not only will the pocketbac sanitizers fit but I find the Altoids Smalls fit in this box also. Makes an awesome gift for a small cost! Thank you again!
Omg, your projects always amaze me. You explain everything so well. I absolutely love watching your video tutorials. You are the best at these box tutorials. Tfs.
Love all your little projects! I was trying to find a unique box for hand sanitizer to give to my Son’s teacher! This is it! You do such an awesome job at explaining! Thank you!
Julie....this is absolutely incredible! I have bunches of 6x6 paper to try with....so thank you....and such a timely gift idea - especially this year. TFS
Loved the impossible box tutorial. Even gave it a go. However, it was a little shorter than needed. Width is great but length is a little shorter for the container. How do I make the box taller without affecting the width. Thank you so much Julie. I love your tutorials ... so easy to follow. I am from Australia.
Hi Debra! You can print (or save to PDF) the blog post with the measurements and the template: thepaperpixie.com/2020/11/wishes-wonder-impossible-box-video.html. There is a print option at the end of the blog post and you can remove any sections you'd like before printing/saving.
I’m trying to increase the measurements of the box slightly to take a slightly larger hand sanitiser, but I’m having issues with getting the gap at the top to close. Do you have a formula for calculating where the ticks (and therefore where the diagonal cuts) will be? My little bottle is 3” tall, 2” wide and nearly 1” deep. Hoping you can offer some advice here, as I love these “impossible” boxes.
these are so darling! I have issues with some dsp (particularly the Wrapped in Plaid paper from last year??) cracking when I score it.....is it that particular paper, or am I scoring too hard? both? I'm like Bullwinkle the Moose - don't know my own strength! LOL So i made mine from cardstock with DSP over it and it worked swimmingly!
Hi Paula! I’m sorry you’re having trouble. Be sure to double-check your measurements and burnish with the top folded down as demonstrated in the video. You can also try it with cardstock as well!

Best box I’ve seen yet thanks for sharing…
Thank you so much!
I’m glad to see someone else turns the paper so the line is scored on the correct side.

It worked!
Awesome
I NEED to get those on my next order :) these are so cool as boxes.
Could you put a bunch of say mints in a small bag in these?
You sure could!
@@ThePaperPixie oh, and they could be put in those pretty cellophane bags we have :) yay :) I have found a use for them lol
How cute would this be if you made the opening the bottom and the top a milk carton..

I think the specialty papers with foil are more prone to cracking, but try using the larger ball tip on your stylus and see if that helps!
Can you use card stock for this project?
Of course! It’s a little harder to work with, but just take your time!
Hi Julie .. where can I find the Wishes & Wonder Impossible Box template to download, please.
Here’s the link to my detailed blog post: thepaperpixie.com/2020/11/wishes-wonder-impossible-box-video.html
Do you have a problem seeing the tick marks?
Yes, I do sometimes! Especially with patterned paper. You can try using a pencil if that helps you to see the tick marks better!
@@ThePaperPixie thank you! I recently made my first box and I had that problem. I will try using a pencil next time.
I am trying this in 2023 and I can’t get the top to line up to close on 2 of the sides. I’ve tried it twice now.
