Yo, Mirage here, that was indeed a fun fight. The weapon I used was the Winged Greathorn, the weapon art reduces people's defense. That Nox Flowing Ash really got me off-guard, very smart move good sir. And no, I wasn't cosplaying, just going for a phantom/clone-based gimmick build. Cheers!
Friggin chad. No one uses the winged Greathorn. Good choice man. The weapons that people don’t use really catch other people off guard, haha. I was thinking of using two of them but the axe moveset is so bad. :(
@@TrueComboKing actually it makes a lot of sense for those of us who mained BKGA in ds3 as it both looks very similar and seems to have a superficially similar moveset even if it appears to benowhete near as powerful at least based on initial analysis. I love the flowing weapons, but I wish more of it's general moveset was "flowing" and not just a basic move on the ash of war. Idk, it'd be awesome if they had like a unique heavy where it becomes a flowing weapon, that kind of thing.
I wish a lot of weapons in this game had unique move sets honestly. Marika’s hammer, Gargoyle weapons, Dragon Greatclaw. A lot of the boss weapons could mimic things the bosses use more than just having a unique ash of war. It’d be pretty cool if Marika’s Hammer had things like an AoE on charged heavies and such.
Can I just say, I've watched every single one of these weapon showcase videos and I haven't played a single minute of Elden Ring. The best chill vibes from a gamer I've ever seen.
The weapon @10:07 is the Winged Greathorn, a greataxe. The wiki doesn't say what the AoW does other than "grants the user the ability to raise the greathorn's wings to summon a soul-sapping miasma". Need the Remembrance of the Regal Ancestor to get it.
@@athmil8302 yeah the one shotters of elden ring use it to get their damage over the line if something has an insane amount of health and all the usual other buffs are already activated.
Note about the Invisible Phantom: it's actually a bug, not a glitch or exploit. There's an issue sometimes where the character model doesn't load when you invade. You can fix it by using a Phantom Finger to reinvade, which causes everything to reload including the missing character model which will remove the invisibility. Hope this helps for next time!
As a heads up, that spot in crumbling farum azula is actually reachable, you just have to go down to the same area as the armor set near there, throw a lever, ride the elevator up then walk along the edge, then you can get back to the grace =)
The fact that you beat that invisible guy with a hammer of all weapons proves for the millionth time that your easily the best invader of all time on top of not being toxic 👌
Fun fact about the Radahn Swords: They're a little bugged against other players. You can control which direction an enemy player is pulled by which way you're facing them. For example, if you turn around and show your back to them, they'll be pushed away by the wave. If you face to either the left or right, the enemy player will get tossed left or right too. This does not work against PvE enemies. Only players for some reason.
that's so weird! I remember during the invasions in chases ritual death spear vid someone did that and I was so confused. so basically it only pulls towards you if they're in front of you?
The weapon at 10:20 is the Winged Greathorn. It's ash of war "Soul Stifler" lowers defenses of any target who comes in contact with the cloud by 15% for 20 seconds. The weapon the invisible guy was using in the first invasion is most likely the Onyx Lord's Greatsword, which pushes enemies away with its ash of war, Onyx Lord's Repulsion, instead of pulling them in like Radahn's greatswords.
The invisible guy uses both parts of radahn's ash of war as his first attack at 12:30. you can also hear the yell a bunch of times during the invasion when he does the ash of war, which onyx lord doesn't have
that hammers ashe goes through walls if i recall. So you could sneak it around corners/pillars. I like it as an off hand weapon for that ashe, gets people off guard
Yea this needs more likes so all invaders can see this. If you’re dealing with cooped up/camping groups this weapon is perfect for safety making them Agro since they cannot hit you if they don’t have the hammer.
That weird axe is from the Regal Ancestral Spirit remembrance on the way to Nokron, it debuffs your defense with its skill. They also wore the horns of one of the enemies there.
You probably know what that weapon you hadn't seen before is by now, but I believe it comes from the ancestral moose boss's remembrance. The ash of war reduces enemies defense and it is a greataxe I think.

Such a cool ash of war. Awesome video as always 👍
Wow, that invisible sunbro was a veritable slasher movie villain.
I’d like to see you showcase the curved sword version of this. I forgot what it was called. It’s really not too awful. The weapon art can catch people off guard, you just have to really, really bait them into it.
Plus the weapon itself is a shotel so it cuts through shields and I *think* it’s faster than the normal curved swords slightly but obviously not as fast as Shamshir.
Chase you can fix the invisible phantoms using the tp finger to resync the world!
legend has it that when Chase finally fixed his flask the servers had be abandoned and he was left to wonder the world alone searching for phantoms that would never come.
Thank you for doing this !
I once had a invasion where 3 players where invisible, only the host was visible. Two furled fingers and a blue. I managed to kill everyone but the host, who was using rivers of blood.
Ayo Chase, the weapon that you didn't recognize is called the Winged Greataxe iirc, you get it from the remembrance of the Regal Ancestral Spirit. Also, would you mind showcasing Ghiza's Wheel?? It seems like a really cool weapon in theory, and its R2 has a better moveset when it's one-handed imo, and of course, the main thing with it is that it has the Whirligig Saw's L2 as its AoW
Just came home from work and saw chase kill the host AND an invisible dude, both at the same time, with a shitty ass hammer.
You're my hero, man.
