Thank you for this video! I found it to be helpful. Unfortunately, I was bullied by the instructors and staff at my Taekwondo school so I quit. I was very badly bullied. I was a hard working student, and I really enjoyed learning the materials. However, the school refused to help me enough and also treated me like I did not matter. I did not feel that my instructors really cared about me like I see at some martial arts schools. This school even told me that I needed to be perfect, then they proceeded to not be perfect themselves. I felt they were trying to mind control me, and toe the mark of what's only being a jerk vs. what's actually considered iligal and Mal practice. I have been very badly hurt by this school and I might not return to martial arts again. I had a dream of earning my black belt and being an instructor. I practiced very hard and it was never enough. Why? Because it had to be perfect for them to pass me pretty much. Even though other higher rank students weren't perfect at testing and they passed. Some senior students got far more help than others of similar rank and it wasn't because the student was struggling and actually needed the extra help. I didn't hate Taekwondo, the material was fun. It was the crappy, dictator like school that was my issue. I wish this school could be shut down. Permanently. 😥😟😕😟😖

Stuff like that happens sometimes. Try another art. They're all good. Sorry that happened to you, though. Try again. though.

Well done. This has dynamics as opposed to so many who go through forms as if they're moving from pose to pose with a metronome. And you have your hips involved, putting torque in your torso, which gives your punches pop. They're believable, as opposed to punches that involve the arm only, which would hardly hurt a baby. Thank you.

there are only two authentic TKD styles.
