This gathering took place in Senegal, likely in 2018. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the munshid (vocalist).
A-Iwanu Kisra is written by Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse, who was a prolific writer of qasidahs (classical Arabic poems), especially in the genre of madeeh (praise of the Prophet Muhammad). The shaykh was inspired to write the poem immediately after visiting the Iwan of Khosrow I, while on a journey through Baghdad.
¹ An iwan is a Persian style of building. The most famous of these is the Iwan of Khosrow, built by Khosrow I in al-Madaa'in, modern-day Iraq. It's mentioned several times in the hadith (narrations of the life of the Prophet Muhammad).
² Many miracles are attributed to the moment of the birth of the Prophet Muhammad. One of the most famous of these is that the Iwan of Khosrow suffered a fracture, in a symbol of the impending destruction of the Sassanian Empire
³ i.e. is no longer here
⁴ Khosrow I, Shahansha ("King of Kings") of the Sassanian Persian Empire at the time of Prophet Muhammad's birth. He was known by the epithet "Anushirvan", meaning "the Immortal Soul" in Farsi. According to Islamic accounts, he was still alive by the time of the manifestation of the Prophet Muhammad's prophethood, and was one of the rulers who he sent letters to, inviting them to Islam.
⁵ According to an Islamic account, during the Battle of the Ditch the Prophet Muhammad saw visions of the palace of al-Madaa'in - Khosrow I's seat of power and the location of his Iwan - and informed the sahabah (followers, lit. "companions") around him that they would soon conquer it.
⁶ The Magi were the priestly class - the imams - of the Zoroastrian religion, which the Sassanians of Khosrow I's era practiced. I'm not sure which specific incident this line references.
⁷ The Qur'an
⁸ Symbolising the empires of the Sassanian Persians and the Byzantine Romans, both superpowers of their time defeated by the young Islamic empire
⁹ This is likely intended figuratively rather than literally
¹⁰ The Shaykh refers to himself in the third-person, as is common in qasidahs and Sufi poetry
The Tijani tariqah (Sufi order) was originally founded by Shaykh Ahmad al-Tijani in modern-day Algeria in the 18th century. In 1929, a then-29 year-old Shaykh Ibrahim Niasse established the Tijani Ibrahimi branch of the tariqah, and in the years since it has expanded to be the largest branch of the Tijani tariqah as well as the largest tariqah in West Africa. The tariqah is widespread in Senegal, the Gambia, Mauritania, Mali, Ghana, Nigeria and Sudan, and common in parts of North Africa. The shaykh was known affectionately to his disciples as Baye (Wolof for "father"), and the city from which he taught became known as Medina Baye ("city of the father"). Since 2008, the tariqah has been led by Shaykh Ahmad Tijani Ali Cisse.

Sidi can I request a translation
Unfortunately I'm no longer taking requests for the foreseeable future, as even at my current average of 2 uploads a month it would still take me years to go through my current upload queue.
