Some great shots again mate. Seeing people sitting on those concrete terraces really does give you perspective. Earlier Dan Meis article identified the spaces between seats will be minimum allowed to maximise the capacity.
Great close ups mate. Really beginning to get an impression of the scale of the place now. Always felt that it looked too small for a footie pitch but it looked massive now that the bowl is complete.
The lower part of the bowl has yet to be completed so if you think there's not enough space for a pitch now then it gives a sense of how big the stadium is.
Surely the large steel framework lying on the pitch are the roof trusses for the east and west stands running along between the north and south stands to complete the roof
@@Kevcupo also that original comment wasn’t a criticism about I hoped for the QM2 lol. It was more I was hoping someone would have done it. Which you did, so fair play for doing content I know I would have loved. World class ships sailing by the new ground. Can’t beat it with that view too.
Superb vid again. The unused land shown between the ground and the I.O.M. Ferry Terminal is such a waste. I cannot believe it has not been utilised. Hopefully the new ground will be the catalyst for growth in what should be the jewel of the city.
Not sure, but I think the whole area is being redeveloped as part of the Liverpool Waters scheme. I'm led to believe that the development will include retail, residential, and commercial enterprises. It's a 30 year plan which has now been going for nearly 6 years. I hope my comment was helpful.
hi KC another great video but how come they haven't put any terracing at pitch level of the stands especially the end ones? also i presume that outer wall by the main road will be coming down once the stadium is complete
The outer wall isn’t coming down, that’s there for good, I was suprised that they’ve been allowed to cut more entrances into it. It has historical value
Anthony, the pitch level will be a lot higher than you think. Undersoil heating pipes and other systems have to be laid. The lower terraces will be fitted much later.
That's a fantastic zoom on your drone camera. Would it be possible to zoom in to Anfield, Goodison Park and even Prenton Park from Bramley Moor Dock or are they behind buildings wrong side of a hill?
Birmingham and Stoke fans really looking forward to playing there next season. I bet from the highest seats they'll even be able to look across the park and see a premier league stadium too.
Have you noticed about the everton dock move it all seems to be about the Dock ground nobody seems to be mentioning the road outside the Dock ground if everton move ground and they leave that road as it is outside the Dock ground its going to be hours getting to the match and the same getting to houses after the match plus the rail network won't be able to handle the crowds eg match people and people leaveing work etc its going to be chaos outside and near the ground your going to have 30 thousand cars maybe more decending there plus coaches etc the congestion is going to be horrendous and there is very limited parking outside and near the dock ground
Great video showing the las piece of the 'jig-saw. Without doubt the best Stadium on the River Mizzy!
😂😂 thanks mate
Love the footage of the Queen Mary 2.
Thank you for watching
That steel work on the pitch area looks like roof spans to go in-front of the barrel shaped parts, they will cover the west stand terrace area.
Ah right, thank you mate

Thanks mate, ah right, so it will be a tight fit then. If Anfield is anything to go by
@@Kevcupo can’t be any worse than our wooden seats in the main stand. This will be pure luxury

Yeah, it’s always good to have something or someone to size it up to

It probably is
Your drone is something else 👍 Thanks for the update 👍
Thanks mate
Thank you so much for the content. Cracking work as always but was hoping this video would be done with the QM2 in port.
I’m making a separate video tonight filming the QM2 leaving the city
@@Kevcupo legend mate and the drone features are brilliant.
@@Kevcupo legend mate. Can’t wait and thank you too.

Yeah, everything between Everton and the city centre is getting massively redeveloped
I dont think it will ever be the jewel of the city as the ground is to small and right next to the docks

Yeah as Gary said, the wall will be staying with three entry points
As stated by others the wall is a listed structure.
Anthony, the pitch level will be a lot higher than you think. Undersoil heating pipes and other systems have to be laid. The lower terraces will be fitted much later.
The lower terracing is being left till after they construct the roof structure to allow the crawler cranes to get closer.

I can definitely do Anfield and Goodison, will do it in my next video
Definitely a great stadium for championship or league 1
What model is the drone?
It’s a DJI Mavic

Even Liverpool fans are getting bored with this tedious repetitive joke now.
Noticed the scaffolding coming down from the pumping tower
Good eye, I hadn’t noticed
Where will the Dixie Dean statue be
Good question, I’ll find out
I’d personally but it by the east stand because that’s where the fans will walk to the ground
they need 11 new dixie deans the way things are going fuck me brilliant new ground but shit team
slow down Kev, getting seasick with the scanning, panning and zoom speed. still catching goods stills though. 👍
Sorry mate
Those 2 steel structures are the gallows for Moshiri and kenright
😂😂
Queen Mary isn’t one of the biggest cruise ships in the world it’s tiny compared to the Caribbean ones
Apparently it’s the 4th largest in the world

Moshiri out and take the death of everton football club with you the bramley moore dock move the league table doesn't lie
You speak too fast. 🤔
Suppose I’ll never please everyone
There’s still 2 sides of the roof to be erected yet , I wonder why they are not on with that yet
They are erecting the curved roof steelwork on the back West Stand and will soon be working their way from South to North with the front part.
It's being held up by weather conditions mate. As portrayed in the video, it's been very windy recently.
They have started to assemble sections for the east stand roof on the east stand plaza area.
