Best rhythm I’ve seen Peter maintain through a round. That feeling when you hit a perfect drive off an elevated tee…..soak it up. We spend enough time staring after balls headed into the rubbish so why not enjoy it sailing right down the middle.
Thanks Kevin , brilliantly done once again . Loved the queen Mary video & well done 👍🏼 on reaching 6000 subs mate more power to you in all your endeavours.
10:30 - the ‘attenuation tank’ was originally planned to hold gravy for Sam Allardyce when he was Everton’s manager. I’m sure it will still find a use with the rain water though 😉
Great video mate as always. Really like the amount of time you spend on certain areas instead of a quick fly-by. Also, loved the QM2 video, superb mate
Love when you can see videos like this with the construction workers on site….you really get a scale of how big this stadium is when you see how small the lads are next to it!
Thanks for that closeup of the brick panels. It answered a few questions I had. Still a lot of terracing to be installed, but that won't be done till the cranes have finished their work as they need to get them in as close as possible to the existing structure for access to the upper areas and roofing.
Great footage as usual. I think that is the finished roof on the Tower - looks like the wooden frames have been clad in Zinc which will change colour as it weathers.
Thank you, I believe the area immediately above the glass door section on the west stand is more hospitality. The media gantry is above that section and behind them more hospitality....lots of hospitality in that stand.
They're waterproofing the South Stand concourse roof. Also in SW corner I'd expect it to be another brick fascia section to cover the concrete imo but also possible it may be black perforated aluminium sheets to break it up a bit which will also be used to infill the stairwells.
Yes the section sandwiched between upper and lower tier is all hospitality. The lower section with the white sheets has yet to have the terracing extended down to ground level.
Liverpool are building one stand over the back of another, that's quite a difficult task, everton are building a whole stadium which has its own difficulties. No winners in the building projects
I think the difference is at Anfield their wasn’t anyone actually working, they all just stood around whilst itching their balls and looked at their phones.
Great vid as usual. @ 10 minutes where there is no road surface. Could that not be where the services come into the ground and are just Inspection holes?
i suspect they'll paint that metal roof but just speculation-i wonder if they'll go with an everton blue for the roof or if they'll choose something more subdued.
To me there aren't enough men working on site to generate the work needed to complete on time. Say it's 9 hundred million over 36 months, that's 25 million a month! Why isn't the south roof decking going on? There's no-one working on the east stand roof structure.
Unfortunately the beep can’t be turned off Gary, I’m not best pleased with the sound myself. The only options I have is to download some third party software to turn all beeps off, which I’m not prepared to do. The other option is to buy another remote controller, which is £300, when I feel like I’m in the position to purchase the controller, I will.
The brick panels look awful tbh.. they look cheap. Yes I’m a red but want this to look great as it’s going to be a big part of our skyline and along with the tobacco warehouse will be iconic building for the north dock area
It's brick - the same as any other brick - panel is built in a warehouse under better & safer working conditions which allows better quality control of the end product.
@@JayEFC1969 I think my point is that it looks printed, long face against short face doesn’t look like a traditional brick layout. Anyway I hope I’m wrong, hope this looks great once it beds in to its surroundings. It’s minor, I think it’ll regenerate the area with the other projects. Been watching these vids since the pipes went in and the dredging started 😆
Have you noticed about the everton dock ground move it all seems to be about the Dock ground nobody seems to be mentioning the road outside the Dock ground if everton move ground and they leave that road as it is outside the Dock ground its going to take hours getting to the match theres going to be congestion outside and near the dock ground plus the rail network won't be able to handle the crowds eg match people and people leaveing work etc its going to be chaos your going to have 30 thousand maybe more cars plus coaches etc decending there the congestion is going to be horrendous and there is very limited parking outside and near the dock ground
The Ground will be fantastic, but my only concern is, when the strong winds come, it will be horrendous in and around the stadium, I worked only 400 meters away from here, and whilst the wind strength was medium inland on the docks it could almost knock you over, I hope the stadium is built to withstand the really bad weather you get on the dockside.
Hi, love watching your updates on the new Everton stadium. Do you have Instagram also? The drone shot of the Queen Mary II is really good, is it possible to share that on my socials and credit you with the pic?
Thanks for the zoom in on the glass section on the east stand Kev.... I knew you wouldn't let me down lad. Keep up the good work..........Shabba
Thanks mate
Fascinating. Cheers mate.
No worries mate, thank you

Thank you mate, I couldn’t reach these targets without everyone helping me get there
You deserve it Kevin . Your hard work ( plus your studies) is very much appreciated.

Great video as usual and your zoom is a game changer taking us so close to the building work thank you for taking your time to film this build
Thank you Allan, thank you for watching my videos and supporting me.

Thank you so much mate, I really appreciate it.
Well done on the QM2 photo. Very good.
Thank you mate

Yeah, that’s something I’ve wanted to do since day one, my new drone now allows me to do this.
It will be awesome when it's finished 😮
looks like its gonna be a nice ground, love the shape of it ect

Still a lot of terracing to be installed, but that won't be done till the cranes have finished their work as they need to get them in as close as possible to the existing structure for access to the upper areas and roofing.
No problem mate, thank you for watching

Ah right ok, that’s an interesting piece of information
Great video Kev, getting zoomed in to the workers shows how big the stadium really is.
Yeah it really gives it some scale

I’m sure that they have glass up against the structure next to the white crane where they are puttin up the brick facade
Damn, I missed that. I’ll have another look at the video
I think after pausing the video and zooming in that it looks more like safety fencing
Thank you, I believe the area immediately above the glass door section on the west stand is more hospitality. The media gantry is above that section and behind them more hospitality....lots of hospitality in that stand.
It’s sounds like it, more hospitality means more money
Fantastic picture of the QE2!
Thank you Rob
Excellent video. Im a red but this stadium looks really nice.
It does
Bramley Moore and the updated Anfield are both going to be awesome grounds.
If you look on the plans, there is black panelling between some of the brick facades. The brackets being fitted are fir the black panels.
Will look it up, thanks mate
They're waterproofing the South Stand concourse roof. Also in SW corner I'd expect it to be another brick fascia section to cover the concrete imo but also possible it may be black perforated aluminium sheets to break it up a bit which will also be used to infill the stairwells.
Thanks Jay, is that where I zoomed in, or the southwest corner?
Anywhere there is a gap will be filled with the black mesh sheets. In the south west corner on your video they were attaching brackets for the sheets.
I believe the untarmacced area by the wall is going to be an elec substation, and next to it will be a media building for telly crews etc
Ah right, ok mate. That’s good information
I think the media compound and sub station is going over by the river - where all the groundworks are happening at the moment
You’re looking at the Director’s box and corporate boxes above on the West stand
Ah ok mate, thanks for letting me know
Yes the section sandwiched between upper and lower tier is all hospitality. The lower section with the white sheets has yet to have the terracing extended down to ground level.
Yeah I caught myself on once I watched it back. Or that would be a really big drop down to the pitch 🙈
Construction is so much quicker here than at Anfield. Incredible
It's not a race mate, but if it was, we'd be winning 😉
Liverpool are building one stand over the back of another, that's quite a difficult task, everton are building a whole stadium which has its own difficulties. No winners in the building projects
At Anfield everything seems to last ages with all those heavy materials.
I think the difference is at Anfield their wasn’t anyone actually working, they all just stood around whilst itching their balls and looked at their phones.
engaging info!
💪
Thats piles of rebar under the South Stand - probably starting to pour more concrete floor slabs under there in near future.
Great vid as usual. @ 10 minutes where there is no road surface. Could that not be where the services come into the ground and are just Inspection holes?
Possibly mate, I’ll try and find out
Love the zoom ins fella
Thank you mate

I think they have to stick with the colours of the original build
@@Kevcupo yeah, that makes sense. I’ll have to go back and look for photos of how it looked originally.
Corporate Widow, priceless 🎉🎉
Bellend 😂😊
Those giant tanks in the ground are for rain water harvesting
Yes mate, I was just comparing them to the ones at Anfield. Two different types of tanks that do the same job
The glass section is the press and tv area
Ah ok, thank you for letting me know
Heard everton might have to sell the dock ground to get funds and stay at goodison Park which in my opinion is a very good idea

Think it may be a case of wait and see
Heard should say
I never thought I’d see the day when Everton had a better stadium than Liverpool
Why not ? They always did historically.
Thanks mate, usual superb standard. But, 400 views and 30 likes, come on everyone, up the likes and UTFT.
This is one of my best performing videos in the first hour, thank you mate
That’s some zoom on your drone

I think that the brick will age pretty quick. Once a couple of storms have come rattling through and sandblasted everything it will look good.
