Daniels didn't ask to be a witness, and she is not on trial here. You talking heads act as if she's the guilty party and the Jury is going to convict her. Not everyone lives in a puritanistic world, and believe me, everyone in that courtroom has heard and spoken much worse than what was said there. Her purpose is to convince the Jury that she was in that hotel room with Trump on one specific evening and they performed one specific act, which she was much better at than he was.
And she most likely lied. In fact she did. Told a whole different story in 2018 while trying to sell her book and that's why she got torn up. Her job is to tell the truth not try to convince a jury.
Well, dear Roger, you could be WRONG about this because she WAS subpoenaed, to get to the bottom of this...and the FIVE TIMES SHE...SHALL WE SAY ..."Contradicted herself." She lied. AND she was ORDERED TO PAY TRUMP for slander. You knew that, right? That a JURY SAID that Daniel's charade in years of this trial nonesense...the JURY awarded Trump $300K in his defamation case against STORMY. Has to PAY TRUMP! The strategy of the defense -- on ALL of Trump's cases -- is not to enter evidence with regard to the actual charges, but rather...
...to obstruct, delay, or disqualify the administration of justice on these charges.

It's ridiculous for a judge to pretend that in a trial involving attempts to conceal hush money payments that the details about the story the accused criminal was trying to cover up cannot be aired. I doubt that judges are always so biased in favor of the criminals that appear in the courts. It is relevant to know these details to understand the motivations of the criminal.
What a joke! When is the circus going to end? There is no evidence and no crime. As a taxpayer STOP wasting our money.
