The top lawyer in the country can't find any crime. Trump paid Cohen from his personal checking account. NDAs are legal. This will be the first NDA to be prosecuted for being secret. Bragg has to prove that Trump didn't care about Melania or Baron finding out. Also that Trump didn't care if it effected his brand. The FEC and DOJ didn't pursue the case because there's not enough evidence. Just like when the put John Edwards on trial and lost that one handle. There's no real crime. Cohen has been caught lying in court again.

Cohen, deserves credit as a patriot who has had bad judgement but paid the price. Come on, he deserves so much credit from us.
He did his time and learned from it. He now knows that perjury will get you no matter who you are. He has no reason to lie and many to tell the truth.
He's the only one who's committed a crime. He even wrote the fake invoices for which he got paid. He committed these crimes because he wanted to be chief of staff or Attorney general, and when he didn't get that, he was contemplating suicide. He perjured himself. He committed multiple crimes, including tax evasion, and when they came after his wife, if he didn't flip on Trump, he flipped hard, making things up and continuing to lie. You people want Trump to be guilty even if he's not because you're so afraid of him becoming president because you don't believe in democracy. Michael did this because he thought if he took one for the team, Trump would take him to the White House. He was wrong probably because everyone who hires an attorney expects them to abide by the law. We don't expect them to record and work against us secretly. We hire attorneys because we don't know the law and need expert opinions.

He claims the federal judge was working with the prosecutor to undermine him. That's why he lied under oath about the phone call, leaving out critical details regarding that 14-year-old boy. That's why he's got a podcast selling merch of Trump behind bars and makes a living off of his prosecution. Are you nuts? He just ruined this entire case as he's the only one with direct evidence that Trump did anything. Trump paying these illegal invoices only mattered if Trump was the bookkeeper or the one who wrote the unlawful invoice. Still, seeing how Michael makes fictitious invoices, there is no crime Trump committed by paying them.

It's absolutely appalling what is happening to scotus and their justices. Thomas and Alito need to recuse from all j6 and Trump cases: they are compromised. Justice Roberts needs to act now to remove these justices from hearing any of these cases.
Roberts has shown us that he has made no effort to rein in these crooked justices.

If Alito and Thomas do not recuse themselves from all the cases involving Trump, either directly or indirectly, and all the cases that involve our election process then all of us, that is all of the citizens of these United States must forcefully tell the Court that will not accept any of those judgments and all those judgements will be vacated. The two of them should resign. If they had any integrity they would, but if they had any integrity we would not be here now.

ME AS A JUROR ON THIS CASE: Have anyone ever called someone about something you thought was very important to you at that given moment but when you get on the phone the conversation changed to something completely different either because the person on the other side of the phone asked you a question 1st or brought up a topic not related to the reason for your initial call and when you get off the phone you realize you never did get to ask your question or concern or decided that now was not the right time to discuss that? That is what I believe happened to Cohen. Donald being the bombastic person that he is probably asked about Stormy situation and Cohen never did get to speak about the 14 year old and of if he did, mentioned it but tabled for a later conversation because the talkative Gemini Trump is and always talking about himself left no room for Cohen to get when he originally called for. This is what I thought, I never thought Cohen lied.

I'm not sure which Justice said it but one of them actually said that they didn't even care about the Trump case, all he cared about was the future... I was blown away when I heard that! How can you not care about the case in front of you that you are going to rule on?
