Ive done part 4/6 and 5/6 by the way everyone and im halfway through 6/6. So the full Platinum series is about done, will jus take me a few days to get them edited and up as im busy next few days with life stuff ;)

What an excellent guide, you put other walkthrough youtubers to shame. This got me out of a few sticky situations and you were clear and concise with no nonsense. I had to follow a Code Veronica X playthrough a few times - I won't mention names, the walkthrough I followed was good but the youtuber was trying incredibly hard to be funny, almost everything out of his mouth was a failed attempt to be funny and his humour was absolute shit. It was honestly exhausting so this was a breath of fresh air.

Getting ready to start this video on my road to plat re0. Already used your videos to platinum re7 and re1 remake. Loving the chill vibes to your videos and how thorough you are. Hoping I don't struggle with this game as much as I did with invisible crimson prototype lol. I mean I got it first try but I used 7 full health items and seriously felt lucky when it died lol

Just finished your tutorial for Resident Evil 1 remake got 92% but need a break as another 2 times to complete it for 100%. Not played 0 since the GameCube days, this is the only Resident evil I have never finished.

I followed along on hard difficulty and had no trouble, all trophies accounted for. I honestly didnt notice a big difference from this video besides fewer items, but I still had a ton of ammo and health left over. My time was 4 hours 50 minutes with 10 recovery items used. I died once in the hunter room where you had to get the dial but next time through I saved right before and got the Alley Oop trophy. On the giant bat I alternated between using the shotgun and the grenade launcher. I was blasting 2 or 3 of the small ones every time and used grenades to finish off the big one after trophy popped. Thank you for this upload, I love Resident Evil games but unless its 4,5, or 6 I need some guidence lol till I get my route memorized. I love how you explained in detail every step of the way. I also used your guide to get Every Knook and Cranny for HD Remastered a couple weeks ago and that got my platinum. Thanks again, I've rung your bell.

Love your guides. They are really in-depth. They also show mistakes and how to over come them which is important for players like myself, it shows that even I can get through with some mistakes and backtracks etc. Thank you for uploading :)
Took a few days but beat it. Thanks for the walkthrough. Can't believe you don't have more subscribers! Not as big a fan of this one as the first game, I think the removal of the item box doesn't improve the survival horror experience, it just makes the game drag with lots of tedious backtracking!

I'm at the 1 hour 20 mark and so far find this guide excellent. This is the only resident evil game thats gone undone because of how brutal it can be. Compared to resident evil remake this is an uphill battle I know that game like I made it but re0 is scary territory. Thanks again look forward to coming back and thanking you once I reach the end

Alright bud, its a old game, dont think its doing to bad on my channel considering the age of the game. I felt like this game was lacking some actual helpful video guides which is why I did them, RE as well of course ;)

Awesome video, dude. I used your guide to beat the game. I was always low on healing items and ammo when I played it, but I only had to stray off a bit here and there. I got hit a time or 2 extra and ended up killing a couple more enemies, because they gave me a bit of trouble. Thanks a lot! Now I just need to finish Veronica to have beaten all the games lol

In case you didn't know: ALL RESIDENT EVIL GAMES ARE ON SALE on Steam until May 2nd. I just bought the Raccoon City bundle (RE 2 remake, RE3 remake, and RE Resistance) for $23 and I'm about to buy RE4, RE5, and RE6 for like $15 too. I haven't played the remakes so I need to experience the beautiful graphics. Although, I heard RE3 remake left out a lot, like the cemetery? I just wanted the RE2 remake and it was $40 the other day by itself. Playing RE0 and RE1 remasters on my Switch now, finally. Had those two in my collection collecting dust for a year and now it's TIIIIME.
If I never came across your channel I would NEVER have beaten this thanks a million. About to take a break and then go start your other video and start leech mode
One thing to add for the millipede boos fight, if you stand infront of the staircase, the boss won;t go anywhere near you due to it's movement pattern. I used about 30 handgun bullets and 2 shotgun shells. Following your guide, there is plenty of handgun bullets.

@@Optinooby, there are two things I would add, though:
In Room 201 (with the finely tailored suit), if you do a bit of digging in the pockets you'll find x1 Ink Ribbon.
After dealing with the dogs in the hallway after collecting the keycard, you can grab a box of x15 Handgun Ammunition from the S.T.A.R.S. corpse.

It’s pretty surreal to be playing this game. I picked it up 22 years ago for GameCube and never beat it. I’m 38 now and I feel I can get through this. So strange it feels like I’m 16 again…

My vids don't show immense skill xD, but they're easy to follow apparently and I try to route for you specifically for you guys, hopefully you willl likee the routing.

You wont need it, just a bit of patience ;)!! Wierd 1 this, catches that old RE1 feel, but goes abit overboard with item managrment, fun in its on way though amd some things here are a quite fun, hope u enjoy it!!

Thanks for another Resident Evil platinum! I had to end up going back and doing another play through on normal about 3/4 of the way through because I missed a file, and didn’t know which one it was. It ended up being the one on the floor in the “breeding room” with the 2 hunters. I had infinite magnum and rocket launcher for that one though, so it wasn’t too bad😂

By the way, I saw you said in the comments that the timer doesn't stop if you pause the game, it does, my time was 4:42:14.
In REmake it doesn't though
Rest mode stops it, pausing doesnt in the old games . Sorry mate, must have got my words twisted
@@Optinooby Oh thought you meant for the remakes. I was also doubting whether or not to add that to my comment as at the start you said pausing will stop the timer but then in the comments that it didn't so I was confused.

This game is insane in normal. Wasted all my health in the train but now I think I accumulated enough health to keep going. Will we have enough space to fight the bat? Will health not be necessary? Man this was really helpful, you wouldn't happen to play ESO would you? Cuz I'm looking for a statistic build to get an overpowering character. Beat this game the other now planning to relocate my streaming to not look like an idiot when I do it, I have adhd so there comes moments when I can't find the way to go, and it ends up in a Looney tunes doing basically long circles. He was really helpful

What i like to do is pick up items then drop em on the train cause when it crashes the items i dropped are there. So i usually pick up the ink ribbons in the hunting gun room then drop em for later😊
Or herbs etc.

Hello, I have a question on RE0 how do I get the timer to stop/pause? If I go to the PAUSED menu where I get the BACK and QUIT GAME options, will that pause my game timer?
I cant remember m8, u may have to save and then quit/watch/reload or put it in rest mode
For 0, 1 and CVX, there wasnt any way to pause timer so you would have to put in rest mode, its very annoying i know

Why would an emergency brake on a train be made so complicated?
Not sure if youll answer with it being so late after the post but im having trouble obtaining all the weapons. I checked other guides and and i SEEM to be doing everything right. Im pretty sure i got all of them and i did them all on the same save. This is the last trophy i need and its frustrating. Would you happen to have any ideas??
I have a text old Platinum Speedrun guide over on Playstation trophies and Gamefaqs. I did optimise it just a small amount better in these newer videos but you should be able to check all the weapons required there.
Off the top my head, you need to equip all Grenade types into the Grenade Launcher, need to craft both pistols and all must be done across the same saves NG > NG+ > etc

@@Optinooby I forgot the true name for the bottles but they are fill with gasoline. The boss I am referring to is on 55:09
@@Optinooby I ended up using the bottles on the crickets instead and grabbed a first aid instead apart from that I used the same strategy for the kill.
Man awesome guide but i was doing no healing run and that final mixing of red chemicals made heal 😅 wish u didnt tell us to fill the mix if we end up just throwing them for battery chemicals it cost me my no heal run i had to use green chemicals to free the space for the mixing

I'm very sorry bro apparently I can just mix blue chemical with the mix of the red and green and they gave me the sulfuric acid, so I didn't lost any progress
U got some great guides bro I just finished resident evil HD with your guide. Now im here your guides are fun which makes these trophies a breeze. Now question after this game what would u recommend next for the order of Re series ? Should I do Re makes next 2 n 3 not really sure what order

Hey how can I play the original re2 n 3 I mean is ps3 the best way ? Because I tried getting it at PS store on the ps5 for some reason only directors cut for re1 was available no 2 n 3 just remakes i heard the ps3 store u can get them but is there a better way to play those

A lot of players do actually find Zero hard. At least with 8, with practice u get better and better, here, u get better, but b cause the controls are not very tight as u say, shit does still go wrong.
It's been such a while mate not sure if I can say accurately, but RE0 can be hard just due to controls and annoying bosses, annoying minigame

You can heal if ya want mate, my Normal run is just prep for hard mode, so I'm trying to get you to play as if you were in hard because that is difficult, normal is easy! ;)

It does still go up mate yea unfortunately iirc, same in RE1
The way around it, is to watch the video from save point - save point or put the system in rest mode which DOES stop the timer

I save my game every time you say it’s up to you I’m not gonna say it but it’s up to you because you are very familiar with this game this is my first time playing this is a great walk through if you’ve seen darkness walk through for RE2R to get S+ hardcore it’s about the same level of useful he had a few jokes not to many but you two are great for walkthroughs so far I think I should also mention that where I’m at I just got the green chemical

We're all start there m8, my first playthroughs usually take 10hrs in REs as I write down every single item/quantity/location ready for optimising later ;)
