I used to love watching his show when he filmed from his home in Washington D.C. area and then did travel snippets to specific areas of Spain where a certain dish or ingredient came from. He was hard to understand, but I persevered! (His English has greatly improved since then.) I have never liked brussels sprouts - I am one of "those" people. I dislike cooked cabbage of any kind. But I think I could try making this in a small portion and give it a shot. I am inspired!
