Infinite Warfare is severely underrated. Masterpiece of a campaign, fast-paced multiplayers, and fun/goofy zombies mode with tons of content
Still my fave, but being a PC Gamer I have to deal with fastfile error which has destroyed multiplayer.. Considering buying a PS5 to play it again.
Personally campaign was amazing. Zombies was good. Just good and multiplayer not that good. It was almost bad

“black ops 1 campaign was nothing insane” !!!??? are you kidding me, it has by far the best campaign of all time, not to mention it is the best cod oat and imo the best game oat. it’s unique story is so gripping with all the numbers it actually gets you thinking and wanting to save, and work with these super likeable char stars, like mason woods reznov. people say MW2 or bo2 has the best campaign but there’s nothing like bo1. the fact you put it in A tier is crazy to me yoh should replay it
MW3 in B tier? Man, that is pretty rough! Although I enjoyed MW2, let's be honest, it was ridiculous with one man army, noob tube, and all the OP weapons. For me, MW3 multiplayer balanced all of the ridiculousness of MW2. In my humble opinion, MW3 is one of the most underrated CODs ever. I had so many unforgettable moments in that game with friends that I will never forget.

Agreed and I thought ranking MW2019 over Bo4 is kinda crazy bo4 was an under appreciated game imo, had easily one of the best pro tournaments and games ever and Mw2 new version abovr it as well maybe just a casual sentinel list

Straight up facts. MW3 took literally everything about MW2 and made it better. Yeah the campaign may not have been as good but the multiplayer was the best of the best, the specialist killstreak system was my favourite as getting moabs required you to have actual skill instead of just getting a 7 kill streak and sitting in the corner for a chopper gunner to get a nuke... MW3 does not get enough hype for how good that game really was and to me thats just wild.

ngl cod ww2's campaign is honestly one of my favorites and i think its underrated. i may just be a history nerd, but i legit got attached to those characters lol. there was great surprises, like when turner died. it shows the brutal reality of war; there one moment, gone the next. i also like the aspect of the sneaking stuff. like when you had to sneak inside the nazi building at paris to switch out a briefcase to explode the gates. i will be honest, i think the rhine battle could have been a little better, but it was still good. again, thats just my opinion 👍

Black ops campaign was incredible easy S tier trash take.

S- black ops 1, black ops 2, mw2, mw3
A- black ops 3, cod 4, advanced warfare
B- Cold war, world at war, ww2, black ops 4
C- Infinite warfare, ghosts
D- mw2019, mw2022
F- Vanguard

I had a lot of fun on Cold War, the colors popped and overall was a good game in my opinion. Prop Hunt was very fun and it brought back maps from older titles and it was overall really fun. Wish I played it more over its lifespan.

Cod points were introduced in Black Ops yes, but they weren’t purchasable, in BO they were all earned through gameplay, contracts, challenges and wager matches. I think you got your information wrong from the Cod wiki because cod points were a micro transaction in Call of Duty Black Ops Zombies, but that was a mobile game and I’d never heard of it until I looked it up. Cod points didn’t make their return to main cod games until BO3, where they became their current form of micro transactions. Kinda disappointing to hear you say something bad about Black Ops and cod points in that game when it’s completely incorrect. I may sound like a nerd 🤓🤓🤓 but I don’t want anybody to get the wrong idea about Black Ops being “pay-to-win” because of some false information when there was absolutely nothing like that in the game, and it really is one of the best cod games ever.

I got back into cod because of ghost then loved the futuristic cods after that but thought they really should do one in the past present and future since they had three devs but never did that. And now we are just getting dlc for a new cod game.
I think you did MW3 dirty... Just because its predecessor was arguably the greatest cod ever (MW2), people tend underestimate MW3. It actually had similar multiplayer experience, nearly perfect like mw2 had. Ok campaign wasnt close to MW2 but it wasnt bad and coop was cool too. I would put it at least A tier and maybe S.
S tier for me consists of MW2, MW3, BO1, BO2, MW1
MW3 is A tier, and Black Ops is S tier
If your gonna mention the zombies / sidemode in the earlier cods and account it to the overall score, why do u not mention it with all of them

B: COD2, COD3, MOBILE
C: MW19, WW2
D: VANGUARD, BO4
F: MWII, AW
The other ones I didn’t list I haven’t played in a long time.
Also personally I think Cold War movement felt better and smoother than MW19s, I don’t know why I feel that way about it though.

Loved cold war but alot of that had to do with the nostalgia of bo2 maps league play aswell but it is funny that every cod has something good maybe on some it's the campaign on other multilayer.
I will always say...bo4 not having the campaign was a great thing
imo, every single cod before mwii and vanguard were just utterly great, codmw2019 was a game changer for cod but it then later became a trend for the worse. I honestly just wish that there would be remastered games instead of more garbage like mwii and iii

CW being lower than MW2019 and MWII is crazy to me. saying that CW has bad maps but praising MW2019 and MWII when they have some of the worst map designs in COD history is crazy. CW maps were actually playable while the MW games were just dark huge grey basic boring maps filled with campers that were supported by the super fast ttk. not to mention the awful SBMM and the barebones content MWII has especially for MP. also with the addition of zombies it makes CW even more superior. i mean come on let’s not forget how awful the spawns were when MW2019 first dropped and how awful both games launch maps were. if it wasn’t for warzone those games would’ve died a while ago. we also have to remember that CW was affected by covid. of course, everyone has their opinions and i respect yours but this is just how i view it.
100% agree, I think most of these opinions come from an engine or visual’s perspective. CW isn’t the prettiest game and isn’t on the brand new engine, but it’s definitely a better designed COD game with better maps, perk, and weapon balance. Even outside of MP it has a great campaign and a super fun zombies. I’ve been seeing a lot of people starting to realize how good of a game Cold War is, but everyone took it for granted when it launched.

What the heck MW3 B tier? The disrespect is unreal. Modern Warfare 3 (2011) is S tier because of its more balanced MP guns and scorestreaks. Also, the Specialist class was something new and it was actually "special". Ghost at D tier tells me you didn't play the game. Yes, MP was slowed downed, disappointed that they removed 9v9 Ground War which made what COD COD when COD 4 came out but it was still fun. Ghost was really geared towards competitive professional players but it should get a solid B.

Ghost was peak Competitive IMO, BO2 comp was great with league play but Ghost went mainstream, reg pubs sucked but comp was great, deserves a C atleast

Have you ever considered doing some DMZ content? Its a really fun COD extraction shooter style mode in Warzone 2, and a great break from Destiny for people who are getting a bit tired of the game.
I tried it a bit when it first came out but not recently, is it pretty good now?
@@PattycakesGG It is! Each new update has steadily improved the game, and the newest map, vondel is really cool! All in all, it's a great mode!

The only right list I have seen but only BO 1 should have been higher.
Ghost should got an B. Campaign was good, multi-player issue was bigger maps but the normal size ones was fun and had destructive environment. Add extinction was unique plus fun. If it came out now it be ranked higher but bo2 set a high bar
S Tier: COD4, MW2(2009), BO1(2010) and World at War.
Also Infinite Warfare doesn't deserve to be so low. 🤨
Hey pattycakes I am loving your tier list videos a lot, please keep making these for other games or franchises you think will be relevant for your audiences. I for one though will be watching every one of your tier list videos. For some reason every time I make a decision to buy a game from a new franchise I watch your tier list to make a decision, LOL. I watched this to buy modern warfare 19. I would recommend you to make a tier list of one of Bethesda games like Wolfenstein or Doom, heck even Dishonored would not be bad pick. These games have plenty of mechanics and story beats so even if the games are less, they make for a lengthy tier list discussion if all thinks are considered.

There is absolutely no way either of the new MW games are A tier, literally everything wrong with cod now started with Mw2019, them 2 games plus vanguard are the 3 worst in the series, they’re just completely catered for slow boring methodical gameplay
Nah bro, MW19 was the last good cod game until the 2020’s when those 4 games came out.
MW3 is my favorite call of duty sad to see you rank it so low. I think it’s the best multiplayer in cod history with a top 3 campaign but depends on what you like

MW3 was not from the same developers as MW1 and MW2 and no longer had the same quality

Swap IW with Blops 3. Blops 3 is my least favorite cod. At least IW tried something different with the space battles. It was so good to me they could have made a standalone game based off the space ship battles. It's when gamers are burnt out they have no love for a hidden gem.

mw19 is the best and worst cod ever made. gunplay, movement , search and destroy were the best we’ve ever seen. then you have respawn , maps , spawns , doors, which is literally the worst we’ve ever seen.

Pretty solid list tbh but saying that Cold War is a slower paced COD with worse maps compared to MW2019 is objectively wrong. I’d personally change the ranking of MW2019 and MWII lower and put MW3 and Cold War higher.
I might need to give CW another try, I mostly just remember playing it to get warzone gun unlocks at the time

@@PattycakesGG Lots of people overlooked the game at launch because it’s visuals weren’t as nice but it is 100% a better designed game than MW2019. I can understand the animations and movement not being as nice but if we’re talking maps and the ability to have map flow and TTK to have actual gunfights, Cold War flows like the classics.

Couldn’t stand call of duty from mw2020 onwards, the spawns felt so messed up and with fast movement it can be hard to even spot some lobbies
Finally someone who doesn’t just put MWII in F tier. I wouldn’t put it A tier personally but I also think it’s extremely over hated. It certainly has issues but it’s still a solid game.

I mean I respect people’s opinions, but some of your reasoning for these rankings don’t make a lot of sense to me.
CW absolutely played much faster and felt faster than MW19 because it was engraved into the game’s design instead of MW19. MW19 was absolutely more campy and slower in general because that’s what the game intended to be in the first place. Also, not talking about MW19s maps (esp at launch) and how flawed they were is criminal.
Also, BO1 didn’t have an insane campaign? I’d argue it was better than MW2s in narrative tbh, the concept was a lot more interesting imo.
IW had one of the best COD campaigns but you barely mentioned anything about that. My question for you is: Is this ranking based off of your opinions of the games or the community’s opinions of the games? Because for many of these rankings it certainly feels more like the latter.
