BBQ Pulled Pork Croquettes

Pitmaster X, who is from the Netherlands, sent me a recipe for Pulled Pork Croquettes. These are super filling and VERY tasty. They're not real difficult to make, but there's a bit of prep involved. These would be a great party snack and they're a great way to utilize some of your leftover pulled pork. Try these out and let me know what you think.
