First time I've been upset with Chris Broussard. If you watched the game, Cavs didn't hold the Raptors to 50 in the 2nd half. The Raptors missed shots in the 2nd half that they made in the 1st half. The defense didn't all of a sudden get better.

the only thing the spurs need to do is keep kawhi happy, he is a top 5 player when healthy and he has said he wants to finish his career as a spur so if he wants to take this season off it's best to regroup next season when he's healthy and confident

People still don't get it. Kyrie Irvin made his biggest impact for the Cavs in the playoffs. Outside of LeBron Kyrie's ability to get buckets pretty much on command will be missed. They will not run thru the conference the way they did in years past.

passnba2k cavs swept the hawks 60+ win team in 2015 without love and kyrie. In the conference I don't think they have a problem. If they make the finals and face either gsw or Houston, they don't have another player who can create his own shot and make it consistently. But then again, kyrie was a ball stopper in Cleveland. Given that he's great in iso, that's not what's gonna win the finals now.

TrillTandon Yeah I do remember that. I think the difference though is that Hawks team over achieved, while the Raptors are more well rounded. That Hawks team was old school with Al horford and Milsap carrying the offense with a little teague and korver coming off screens. This raptors team is much better and more well rounded but we'll see.

Whitlock actually has a brain. Cavs shoot 60 from the floor 62 from 3, 82 from the line, win by 3. Teams only put up numbers like that once every 1000 games or so, 10-15 seasons on average. We have NBA franchises that have never done it in their history vs. a top 5 defense. They could easily be swept by Toronto. With numbers like that you normally would win by 40. If they didn't have one of their best offensive games they will ever play as a team they would have been blown off the floor.
