Ouch the Pattaya rental inflation continues! This one is a tough sell given the weird layout inside + no balcony and small pool. Not sure about how good the gym is. Plus a full km+ to get to beach. I think I prefer 'The Vision' complex a few minutes walk North to this one. Definitely appreciate the video though Reds!
That condo was a little bit pokey, no storage for anything and especially hasn't got a balcony which is claustrophobic in my opinion, the swimming pool is definitely too small to use, especially the price of the rental is taking the "P" out of it but that what you get for living in a posh area of Pattaya, me personally I like the old condos the rooms are spacious with large balconies which are situated in the less desirable areas of Pattaya but far enough away from the hectic entertainment areas of Pattaya.
Is there any channel who focus on us who stay 3 to 6 months a year? I stay now 300 meters from this condo but for me year contracts not interested. Wish there was more restaurants to choose in this place but many struggling already so not easy.
@@EricB07 there’s dozens of videos on My channel where I review apartments that are available to rent in Pattaya month to month, however it’s not easy to find a condo you can rent on a six month contract let alone on a three month, and those ones would charge a considerable amount more in rent
The more luxury condos are not looking for month to month or 3mo contract sadly. The more basic places are happy to rent month to month though. Sucks, but it is what it is. One thing I've found is you can potentially get a decent AirBnB rental for say 3 months at a nice condo complex. You will still be paying a lot more than 20k / mo though
Sorry, but that was a TERRIBLE design. Adding a wall to create a separate, dedicated room for the kitchen is the opposite of what one needs to do if they wish to create an open and spacious feel in a small space. And the decision to put the bathroom in the back made the living/sleeping area smaller while simultaneously reducing options for a balcony. Both of these poor decisions created the situation where there is less flexibility/room for desired furniture. Thailand is full of much better, more efficient uses of a similar amount of space, so this place sticks out like a sore thumb, particularly at this price point.
18K for 25 sq m?!!!! That condo building is right next to a busy and noisy junction. I am further down the road, in a quiet side road, with 52 sq m, 2 pools, gym, garage for only 14K. I think the BMB is quite overpriced! There are so many nice options for less money out there if people look around!
@@beng7004 yes and then these UA-cam fluffers make them out to be so great but really their average to below average in size. Above average in price for what? Expats take your time and look around.
Tourist trap, far from everything. 18000 for a studio ? Thats way way high, the Jomtien beach riviera was 17000 for a studio? 100 meters from the beach!!
The Riviera one bedroom condos are very compact in size with a tiny kitchen, also barely any storage space. I’ve viewed several units inside there That complex is overrated, people gush over it due to the modern decor inside the building
@ yes all you said is true, but a single expat doesn’t spend much time in his room. Kitchen has two burner stove top and microwave, refrigerator and table , balcony which is good size with table and chairs. Directly over looking the beach.
@@stevehoward8014 the kitchen top in the Riviera condos had barely any room to prepare food to cook on the stove, this is an issue with many modern condo units inside other complexes. Despite the limited size of the studio condo I viewed inside the Beverly, the kitchen was very spacious and separate from the living room. But I agree, 18,000 a month is too steep, but like most modern condo projects rental prices drop in time
No balcony is a no-go for me. Where can I sit outside and drink Beer Chang ? Thanks for showing anyways !!!
Very strange the Studio condos have no balcony. A big flaw
Location is not good mate , 18 k is dear for a studio
Nice studio but it's only good for 12k max

Did you say 18k ? 🧐
No, I meant to say 8K 🙄
@@kevinw3800 He definitely said 18K...three separate times in the video, plus once in the description.
Nice but not 18k nice.
How much for a 1BR?

I do agree with you, design is weird
shity codos whit no balcony is not for normal peoples to rent.and way to expensiv for that area.

@@unclefatbloke687 I agree with you’re saying. This video was a review, not a recommendation, I also found the condo very overpriced
These places are getting greedy
