Live in Town Village at Audobon Park in Memphis and I love it! We have 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, 3 restaurant meals a day, activities galore ,transportation and over 200 residents. $3000 a month. Oh yeah the pool is great as is the billiards hall and theater and we have a physical therapy department right down the hall.
Do you have a video on how the actual process of building into a 55+ community? Securing the lot you want, the plan you want on that lot....how hard is it?
I understand that Cay and Grove are the same community, but how do they compare with Veranda Preserve? What are the major differences between the Valencia communities and Veranda Preserve? Thanks for your input!
@@randibaime3494 Long list. Veranda Preserve if you have watched my video I outline what they offer... very LIMITED, Valencia you can pick out every thing you want in a home if you can afford it.... Valencia is way higher in price. Valencia has more houses, thus more people, thus bigger clubhouse. Hope that helps.. if you want help finding the right community you can set up a call with me. Hi I'm not looking in South Florida I'm looking in Nevada preferably Henderson and I want a mobile home 55 and plus community I'm going to be 54 however I was thinking on being a part-time worker and maybe renting one of their mobile homes for a year then maybe they would even be more apt to sell me or I can get HUD housing to help me
Hello Paul, thank you for your question. 55+ communities are no less valuable than any other single family investment. If you are someone who is looking for planned activities , recreation and meeting people a 55+ community is an excellent idea. This type of purchase is really for those looking for a "community" and for socializing. If those thing don't appeal to you , purchasing in a none age restricted community may be a better choice. It is true you can only sell the some to another person is is 55 or older, so that does reduce your target market upon resale. I hope that helps~
How you doing Lisa I've been following you for a while what do you think about Cypress Lakes in Lakeland and the surrounding areas me and my wife are coming down in May to look at the communities down there I'm more leaning towards Cypress any pointers you can give us
Michael Picozzi hello there! First thanks for watching. Lakeland is a nice area. ( but not an area I service) if you need a good realtor I’m happy to refer you to someone. Just email me your contact information. Before making any decision about an area to live consider what you plan on doing with your free time. If you want to visit beach daily living inland will make that difficult. I usually go down a checklist with clients to make sure their expectations are meet. Let me know if I can be of service. 💕
I pay $420 a month lot rent and electric. In Arizona

The "one roll of toilet paper" rule! I'm using that one!

♥️♥️♥️
A community with a good social agenda and lots of activities, fun people around should be a must. Especially if you are single like I am
How does Veranda Preserve compare to Valencia Cay/Grove? What are the major differences? How do you decide between the two?
Cay and Grove are the same community.

can you have a spouse under the age of 55?
YES!😄

I'm about to get a house in a over 55 community
I can bring my 47 years Girlfriend living with me with a 16 boy and a 19 girl ?
Hello, You cannot have anyone under the age of 19 living in these communities. One person on deed needs to be 55. Thanks for watching.
The TP measure os a great length of stay!
Is it a good idea to buy a house in a 55+ community? I’ve heard they are difficult to resale and not retain their value.
