Before watching your videos a few months ago, I was getting plenty of interviews but not making it through beyond that. Now I've not only just landed a new higher paying job, I actually had two separate offers on the table from competing companies! Great direct advice and insight, without the unnecessary UA-camr filler.
That's awesome, Mitch! Thanks for leaving this feedback, and congrats on your multiple job offers!
I like the tip: google search for the behavioral questions. Thanks

@@TheCompaniesExpert thank you for helping so many people
I just landed a great job after watching and using many of your methods to prepare. They at least made me feel more confident when interviewing. Just wanted to say thank you.
Glad it helped, Ken!
Quit a few jobs I have applied for asks me to do a skills/ assessment test before they even interview you. I've noticed you get asked salary expectations via email as well. I guess companies are weeding people out without talking to them. This is very impersonal, I guess it's a time saver for more and more companies.
Oh for sure. Especially on indeed they give that basic skill assessment test. Most of the time that test is so basic and doesn’t even pertain to what you would be doing
Excellent advice thank you.
You are awesome, Bill! Thank you.

Amazing video
was this video helpful? you betcha! thank you sir
Once I was told that I’m wasting the interviewers time because I wasn’t giving STAR answers and just answering the questions… Within 3 minutes of the interview it ended because of that.
Like come on… seriously?
Sounds like an idiot recruiter - there can't be many of those, can there?
Interviews aren't conversations, they are processes. If you treat them like conversations you will get passed up for someone who doesn't. They may implore you to be genuine but that just makes their weeding out process easier on their end.
@@JoeSmith-oy3hk you are definetly wrong, interviews are wise conversations you are only intended to say what is needed .
@@frozenangell1 no, not rly, i had interview with direct manager, we were talking like a good old times buddies, and we saw each other first time in live, so it all depends on the person u are talking to, and what are company standards about interview, he didnt even asked me all of these question our ceo talks about, and it was big International company, he told me after interview i am very polite and charming person, i had my job offering next day, so u see, it all depends
This is really helpful, thank you. I want to ask is it always best to regard something related to the job role you are applying for or can you reference a totally different experience you have had?
Whatever you say has to speak directly to the thing they're probing for.
I have a question, I recently applied for a job and I was asked to bring a story of stress in front of the customer. I was expecting it as i have been recruiting as well, so i had 3 stories ready. How to handle the interview, when HR doesn t know anything of the business making you look like a fool cause they listen but don t understand?
These are everything in Walmart Home office interviews.
What if it is my first job XD
