why i am say this because Panjshir resistance or National Resistance Front of Afghanistan are doing well they had an suppout from Tajik(27%), Hazaras(9%),Uzbek(9%) and Tukmens(3%) of Afghanistan and they are not fan of Taliban and its Government (islamic emirate of Afghanistan). just look at 1996-2001 Afghan military front, Taliban could not conquered the noth part of Afghanistan.
