On the contrary, the previous government under Ashraf Ghani was a proxy of the invading force (in this case the United States), and held little if any legitimacy among the people of Afghanistan. It collapsed because no one outside of Ghani’s inner circle of US-backed strongmen actually believed in their cause, least of all the rank and file soldiers who were directly fighting the Taliban. If anything the government dissolving before the Taliban even got a chance to negotiate with them only reinforces the legacy of Afghanistan being difficult for foreign occupiers to pacify.

However, those who persecute the people in the regions they come from are of course considered occupiers and are fought.. Everyone knows very well why the British, Russians and Americans came to this country..Therefore, they will fight to get them out.. A large number of Afghan people live as refugees in Germany, including, Pers, Pashtuns, Turkmens, Uzbeks and even Mongolian Hazaras.. I had the opportunity to talk to some of them, even though they were fleeing the war from the Taliban, they didn't want Americans or Russians in their country either..
