still don't make sense when a lot of these people have wrestled longer than many on the roster ever have and in environments less concerned for safety.
The Ezekial Jackson/Bryan Danielson story is hilarious because Regal wasn't wrong in what he said. Danielson is still a well known name in the business today, whereas Ezekial is merely known as a footnote in WWE history, and one of the many "monster big guys" that WWE tried to push as a big deal, but failed like so many others.
The idea of a wrestler having to quit the WWE because they weren't paid enough to work for them, has got to be one of the stupidest, most irresponsible things of the WWE, ever. If they can't even afford the cost of their own travel and to maintain a decent lifestyle, then a company like that must be trash.
The ice pack thing is wild to me. “How long you been on the main roster.” “A few weeks.” “Fucking newbies…” “Get the fuck over yourself, I’ve been wrestling for nearly ten years before this point.” I mean, it’s just wild to me that they’d get on people for taking care of their bodies.
If there's a limited supply, doesn't it make sense that veterans should get first dibs? Especially considering their bodies probably break down quicker than the newer, younger guys
@@michael43567 yeah, but that wasn't specified to be the reason. IF that is that is the reason, then okay. However, I would then have to question why this multi-million dollar company doesn't enough ice packs to go around to all the talent that's going to be active that evening.
@@CasualVideoGamer but it's common sense. It's not crazy to think there's a set amount of ice packs. And I think there's more than one reason. Like others have said, I don't think it's a good look for a newbie to be iced up when they've only had a handful of matches. Their bodies must adapt to the soreness. Same idea as not giving a kid a band aid for every single cut or scratch they get.
@@michael43567 except most folks that get into WWE already spent years on the independent circuit. Very small handful of them go from off-the-street to WWE itself (though that number will no doubt grow). It's not like these people literally just had their third or fourth match. It's like telling an NFL player not to get a massage cause they've only played one game with the NFL - though spent several years playing in middle/high school and college. In my opinion, it's an idiotic sense of gatekeeping that honestly does more harm than good - especially when there's no reason this company couldn't afford to have enough ice packs for their roster. And if that IS the case that they can't, then they need to let go of the excess fat. If you can't take care of your talent, you don't need them.
@@CasualVideoGamer well yeah I mean the fresh meat. Guys like Seth Rollins who had an abundance of experience before wwe should be allowed ice packs. Yeah wwe should ideally have enough, but it's a business at the end of the day. They're gonna order the minimal amount possible. I don't think they view it as something essential
Knowing now what Vince has done, it makes sense why Medusa went out the way she did. Im sure Vince didn't pay off her dept out of the kindness of his heart without asking fot a few "favors."
8:59 Regal would pay homage to that flight incident in a WWEvskit (I believe GTV) involving The Big Show when he was doing his business, and ended up doing so on The Big Show after a distraction or something
@DevontemidoriyaHe buried no one other than maybe Nexxus. The " Cena buried " is the most BS thing I've seen in the wrestling community. If any talent he faced doesn't make it big in WWE you people put the blame on Cena. A lot of other superstars absolutely destroyed their opponents in worse ways but when Cena wins a match it's burial. Is this because you people hate Cena? Or are people that dumb, i have no idea.
6:36 Considering we now know that Vince preyed on vulnerable women, especially those that were alone, its no wonder he was so ''kind'' to this particular wrestler. And it makes sense that shortly after such a generous gesture by mcmahon, she ended up leaving and throwing the belt in the trash. One would wonder if she tried it on with her.
12:28 well, according to Chris Masters during his interview with Chris Van Vliet, he said Stevie Richards was enraged and there was no conversation. So, yeah... I think I'll believe the guy who's part of it.
@@mycodingchannel9690they weren’t saying he’s like them, that’s not how I took it at least, they were like saying you get a little messed up in the head when you’re abused like that
I think its ridiculous people in WWE put such an emphasis on toughing it out. There shouldn't be a minimum number of matches a wrestler should have to do just to use somthing as little as an ice pack. All it takes is one botched move in a match to get injured.
That Tommy Dreamer story is wild. Could you imagine if Dreamer actually succeeded in those plans at WrestleMania 17? One of the greatest WrestleMania's ever could have been the darkest and unfinished event ever
According to Dreamer, the story's been blown way out of proportion. He was never actually planning on doing it. It was just a thought that crossed his mind while he was at a really low point. It's something that I can relate to. You hit a really low moment in your life and start having really dark thoughts. Typically, they just remain thoughts. From the interview that I saw with Dreamer talking about it, that's all it really was for him too. The call from Jim Ross didn't change his mind on killing Heyman, because that was already a non-issue, but it did help get him out of the depressive state that he had been in, seeing as he'd gone broke trying to help keep ECW afloat and he couldn't trust Heyman anymore.
I had the honor if of interviewing Chris Masters in 2008 on my podcast. He told me he also had a bad case of food poisoning the day of his match with Stevie Richard, which would make that match even more pressured.
Gotta love how Shawn Michaels' back was too injured for him to work between 98-02, even though he was running a wrestling school, but as soon as that contract ran out he was amazingly healed and ready to go again... funny how that works lol
we're missing some context here I think. like was the guy staring for a while? or did he momentarily look over for a bit and Mark walked in? either way you don't just grab dudes. Mark walks up to you an tells you you're making someone uncomfortable, nine out of ten people are going to stop with Mark ever touching them.
Some context that the video doesn't mention is that she was already fired from the WWF when that happened, in fact her and multiple talent were let go due to financial problems, but I believe it was mostly female wrestlers, the fact that after this there was no women's championship for several years might give you and idea of how much the company cared about the female wrestlers division (and we know how they treated them in years later) also funny how they fired a champion but kept paying HBK for doing nothing. so the trashcan thing might have been less personal. still rude tho.
14:43 Brock Lesnar enjoying himself and laughing about it when Big Show soiled himself sounds quite logical on hindsight with details about the Vince McMahon lawsuit coming out.
14:46 This kind of ncident is apparently one of the most common "issues" for wrestlers, at least in WWE.Apparently they make you put on your costume 1-2 hours before your supposed to go on, and wont let you take it off until you come back for ANY reason. but seth rollins wasn't a new wrestler. he had been wrestling for years before wwe debut.
That icepack rule is insane.
Owen pranked Vince with the pigs then Vince pranked Owen by giving him a bad hook on his entrance.
Nooooooo I don’t think you can say that my dude omg that’s crazy
LOL GOTTEM
OH NO 🤣🤣🤣🤣 don't play like that dude
The idea of a wrestler having to quit the WWE because they weren't paid enough to work for them, has got to be one of the stupidest, most irresponsible things of the WWE, ever. If they can't even afford the cost of their own travel and to maintain a decent lifestyle, then a company like that must be trash.
The ice pack thing is wild to me.
“How long you been on the main roster.”
“A few weeks.”
“Fucking newbies…”
“Get the fuck over yourself, I’ve been wrestling for nearly ten years before this point.”
I mean, it’s just wild to me that they’d get on people for taking care of their bodies.
My thoughts exactly
Probably wanted her to get the toilet on him or whatever it is he’s into.
That Sandman story makes him the real dead man walking and also fits his Sandman motif so well in my onion
Ezekiel Jackson HUH???
Bruh, what a way to kill your potential push... Thank god for Regal being there.
8:59 Regal would pay homage to that flight incident in a WWEvskit (I believe GTV) involving The Big Show when he was doing his business, and ended up doing so on The Big Show after a distraction or something
Well, Cena was right about Swagger though tbf, he wasn’t ready
Even Stone Cold thought it was too soon for him
@DanteMikaboshi the people he buried were always gonna be midcarders anyway so not really.
@@christiansawyer8533Bray Wyatt.
@@christiansawyer8533Except the Nexus stable.
Hulk hogan doing that was cause he seen how much of a star undertaker was gonna be and didnt wanna share his spotlight
I don’t understand why Hulk Hogan lied to him.
Surprised the Owen pranking Vince didn't lead to some controversy after his death.
One would wonder if she tried it on with her.
the dude saying daniel bryan has more talent in his finger must've been what jinxed brian ever being a good wrestler
You dried the algorithm dry, keep it up
12:28 well, according to Chris Masters during his interview with Chris Van Vliet, he said Stevie Richards was enraged and there was no conversation.
So, yeah... I think I'll believe the guy who's part of it.
Owen Hart puts pigs in Vince McMahon's office.
Vince: And I took that personally
Miz was already a favorite of mine but what he did for the writers raises my respect for him even further
Me if I was that cop
Me: "Your under arrest"
Andre: "No"
Me: "Understandable, have a nice day"
We are fools for letting Vince treat JR the way they did
10:54 this takes the line “Adrenaline in my soul,” to a whole new level
Jim Ross out here preventing murder suicides lolol
The wrestlers whining about using ice packs are the same ones popping pills everyday
20 minutes of insane but real WWE backshots
once people realise how fucked up CM Punk's relationship is with his own family it's easy to see why he is the way he is and is so combative
You're comparing an alcoholic person to CM Punk, doesn't matter if she's his mom
@@mycodingchannel9690they weren’t saying he’s like them, that’s not how I took it at least, they were like saying you get a little messed up in the head when you’re abused like that
That Alundra Blayze story hits differently when thinking about the allegations currently surrounding Vince McMahon.
Mark Henry is the dude for what he did for AJ.
I think its ridiculous people in WWE put such an emphasis on toughing it out. There shouldn't be a minimum number of matches a wrestler should have to do just to use somthing as little as an ice pack. All it takes is one botched move in a match to get injured.
jericho pissing in regals tea during their mania 17 feud all makes sense now lol
Andre the giant said no to the police officer because he knew he wouldn’t be able to get into the handcuffs
Finger cuffs
Didn't they upload this already
Cant use ice packs because you only had few matches? Lmao
That’s so awesome that Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins bring their daughter with them!! God bless them for that!! That’s so sweet
Hogan definitely tired to sabotage undertaker
Owen's phank was quite crazy.
Still, makes you realize what a cool guy he was.
That Tommy Dreamer story is wild. Could you imagine if Dreamer actually succeeded in those plans at WrestleMania 17? One of the greatest WrestleMania's ever could have been the darkest and unfinished event ever
Jim Ross saving Heyman is such a wild story ngl
1:40 that fan learned the hard way not to simp for a celebrity
Ummmm…are we just gonna speed past Tommy Dreamer contemplating a murder-suicide live in front of like 70,000 people?? What the fuck!?
In the Zeitgeist of pro wrestling. That's just another Tuesday.
18:00 wow!!! Miz is really wholesome.
I'm pretty sure HBK was heavy drinking and on drugs all the time, so it probably took 4 years to get clean enough to be able to wrestle again.
are you reuploading old videos now? because i swear i watched it already
khali couldnt even take damage irl bro might as well have been bullet proof.
I find it hilarious Ezekiel Jackson considered himself a veteran
4:36 good job mark henry
we're missing some context here I think. like was the guy staring for a while? or did he momentarily look over for a bit and Mark walked in? either way you don't just grab dudes. Mark walks up to you an tells you you're making someone uncomfortable, nine out of ten people are going to stop with Mark ever touching them.
@@TGPDrunknHick I don’t know but good job Mark Henry
Yea nah thats ridiculous for real I mean what the dude ain’t allowed to look at a female??!! WTF?🤬
Vince: *Gives Alundra Blaze $80000*
Alundra: *Throws Women's title in trash*
Some people are so ungrateful.
With all new knowledge about Vince, u sure that's a full story?:)
@@MySicknezzI get that she was fired, but she didn’t need to throw the title in the trash
@@Y2JHHHDX she coudlve sold the title

ahhh re-upload
Yeah 😑
having to pay for most of the things on your own while earning 500 a show is crazy
14:46 This kind of ncident is apparently one of the most common "issues" for wrestlers, at least in WWE.Apparently they make you put on your costume 1-2 hours before your supposed to go on, and wont let you take it off until you come back for ANY reason. Add running around the ring and getting hit in the stomach and you can see why
