Easy Peasy! My chops were closer to an inch and I probably should have turned from 10 to 2 every minute instead of every 1 1/2 minutes with them being smaller, so they got up to 170ish. But still pretty tender and delicious!

What do you recommend for a gas grill without a top rack?
I recommend to turn one side of the grill completely off and place them there.
Grill marks? lol thats mostly from your dirty grill grates
