About courstesy billing, do we just submit the superbill to the insurance company on behalf of the client? Will we receive and eob or era that the payment has been sent to the client? How does that work? 🙏

Hi, I’m just getting started. I have a client & her insurance wants my info as an out of network provider (cranial prosthesis). Info such a EIN & NPI prior to her super bill should I just call her provider myself to give them info?
