Carnage Canyon and Penrose are harder in my opinion, but after winching up Cleveland Rock, it was much worse coming down it 😉 we, as in CORE just spent three days up there fixing all the drainage issue beginning with French Creek and then working our way back down. If I can, I'll share the link of the video.
Educational!! I knew about shutting off, but didn't think of cleaning out cylinders before turning it over properly again. As a fellow 3.6 JK owner, I appreciate the info here.
So glad you're OK after the roll and nice explanation of the 'fix' after the shiny side goes down. HC is a bear of trail, did it last summer with an inch of slushy snow, pulled cable more than I ever have, great day up there. Keep up the vids from a fellow 719'er!
Been going to Colorado for many years offroading but with side by sides. This winter my Wife and I are buying and building our first Jeep. JLU Rubicon. Holy Cross is on the hit list for sure!!!!
I both really wanna try hc and am also terrified by it lol. You can bet my goal is to only take the easiest lines that get me through, but man i want the badge for it. My Rubicon couldn't do it the way it's built though
@@719LostInpine also your flop was in super slow motion in my head. I was like oh God yep here it goes lol. Just goes to show ya how quick things can change in an instant
Can't wait to come back to Holy Cross again, such a fun trail, what's the hardest trail you've done?

@@719LostInpine Thank you!
Good video. Great looking trail with some pretty serious looking rock ledges. Glad everyone was safe after the rollover. Just subbed…
Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it! The trail is certainly nothing to be taken light as we learned 🤣
Going to have to for sure check out that trail next year
It's one of our states best!! Thank you for watching!
That Zuke is 🔥
I want one so bad!!! Specially after this!
Great video. Sorry about Gremlin, but glad she can be fixed up! I’ll be in Colorado next week!
Nice!!! And she's ready to hit a trail if you wanna when you get here!
Looks like there needs to be a trail rock unstacking event. Basically got a highway built at 15:18
Wouldnt be a bad idea, there is a ton of stacking but I know CORE was just up there recently so maybe they did
And i subscribed
Thank you!!
Man I feel sorry but I think you will get better from that experience.
Thank you! And it taught us a lot, we plan to share it in a recap video where we break everything down step by step

I think you would be suprised, the easy lines your Rubicon would eat up. We can take you up there next year if you'd like and help ya through it
@@719LostInpine as soon I get my bumper and winch ordered in January and put on I'm game for it.
@seanwatson3790 heck yea 🤟💪
