Another thing to try with your wife...cut some back straps in big chunks and toss around in a bowl with olive oil, soy sauce, and some fresh garlic. Skewer and grill until medium rare. It's a crowd pleaser :) If you want to get fancy, reduce some of that leftover liquid down a bit in a saucepan with some brown sugar. Brush on the skewers toward the end of the cook time.
