Question. How does this affect my husband getting his visa? We are currently waiting for our application to be processed. Now it says "taking longer than expected" will this announcement slow our process down, even more?

Isn’t it that you should be able to get a green card as long as the person is lawfully married to an U.S. citizen spouse? This was always available to do so. What is different about this process now? Thank you!
