I love the 996. Have a 996.2 less than 38k. Blk 6 spd manual coupe with just about every option that could have been bought in 02. Scooped it right at the start of COVID-19. Almost doubled in value. Problem is I don't care about the money like the plan was supposed to be. Love the car. Some people rag on the headlights. It did not follow the traditional bug eyes. These 911s will always be the black sheep and I think that will increase their value over time as Porsche has never made another 911 with the "fried egg" headlights.
