+etyrnal This is the first run of a cold engine. The exhaust, cilinder aswell as the carb changed. So it needed a little tweeking afterwards. I no longer have this bike. Sold it just last month. Need to make room for a baby stroller :)
how does one know how to keep everything tuned to match? did anyone writ e'the book' on it? is it all experiment? or is there a way to knowingly match jetting to headers, cams, carbs, cranks, etc etc??

I used Krylon K04293000 Camouflage With Fusion For Plastic Paint Technology. Works great but is not very fuel proof.
