It's not that the files are encrypted but the fact that everything is streamed from the cloud and nothing is local so you can't even access the files at all.
Woohoo, we've survived! :) Very nice video! I did enjoy it. Seems it's not that desperate, and who knows, maybe in a few months it will be flyable. The trim seems to be a real showstopper as of now, but should be fixable in a while, I do hope, because, well, manual flight is what we love the 737 for, isn't it?) Thank you, Emanuel, take care!
Indeed, there’s a lot of work needed to fix this but I’m sure Asobo knows about it. It’s just a pain they included it in the initial release like that and didn’t just release it in a better state as a „free upgrade“ later.
Good things about this one - thrust management during flare seems to have a lot of influence on the flight path, taxing feels ok, except the lower n1 values don’t produce enough thrust. ELECT on the recall panel always reminds me not to treat this one seriously.
Loved this one! I think you flying/dealing with the 737 Max needs to be its own “Will we make it?” Series lol. Really enjoy seeing you fly this aircraft and holding your tongue this time was pretty funny.
@@pieterduplessis6906you still pay for the game and they promise this aircraft within the game you PAID for. The actual free airplane would be the ones you download as an addon, like FBW A380.

the worst thing is that i actually have to fly this in Career Mode (it's the only passenger jet allowed) with the added "joy" of being required to use Asobo's "wonderful" default ATC. oh, and you're also forced to use what Asobo calls "realistic" turbulence, which makes landing even in a light breeze "interesting".
However, shouldn't the job of removing the covers be the maintenance and not the pilot's ? Also, the chocks I think should remain until you are ready for pushback ? Tell me if I am wrong please
Hello! this video was recorded after the patch? because i believe some bugs and the adf screens were fixed after it, also to set up weight and balance first you have to do it from the EFB choosing the amount of passengers, fuel, cg and so on. Great video though, greetings from Brazil.
For the default aircraft (except ini busses) you can only change the units in your simulator settings. Generel > language and there you can change your units. (hope I translated it right in German it is Allgemeines > Sprache > Maßeinheiten)
I LOVE WATCHING YOUR VIDEOS I’ve just got the hang of the airbus , , I’ve started dipping into setting up the 737 max but struggle with setting up the mcdu on the 737 , do you think you’ll be doing a tutorial?
Great Video, I’m trying to get myself to play msfs 2024 versus 2020, and you’re helping a lot showing the good of 2024, I do have a couple of questions though, Im curious what checklist you use, or you just have one memorized? On top of this, what do you think is the one throttle quadrant that is both realistic for Boeing and airbus, obviously buying a thrustmaster airbus stick, and then the Boeing yoke would be the smartest move there.
I tried this plane twice so far, havent got it in the air, first time couldnt start engine 1, second wouldnt climb away from runway, same issue as you had, havent touched it since.
He's a real airline pilot... he flew the Boeing 737NG (and the MAX for a short time as well) before going to the Airbus A330. He knows what he's doing.
Great video as always! quick question; do you have any issues with you CPU I9 14900K? I read there are so many issues form online with these Intel CPU!. I need to get something to replace my I7 8700K cpu and the AMD X3D are nowhere to be found! Thanks
Hi, yes indeed I have significant issues with the CPU. In FS2020 I can't do many long flights without crashing to desktop. FS2024 is luckily more stable and reliable. However I'm also looking to replace the i9-14900k with an AMD. Waiting for better availability as well though. Perhabs in January when the next new one comes out.
Hey, nice video, unfortunately the plane seems to fly like a paper plane, havent tried it so far and probably wont because there are so many better aircrafts like the ini a330. Could you maybe do some old airberlin or eurowings a330 ops from eddl, there were many flights back then in the a330
The actual TOGA buttons on the thrust levers are not modeled. To engage TOGA, I click the scroll wheel. Not sure what the bind is on the controller, though. I'm sure if you press 'A' on it to bring up the little menu-thingy, it'll show you. If I had to guess, it's probably 'X' or something.
ILS and Rnav for me , tried twice today , doesn’t descent properly, doesn’t respect restrictions, doesn’t follow the glides. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong on the A20N.
I'm playing on hardware-limited Xbox, and I'm having a decent experience, lol. I get a few stutters here and there, but nothing game-breaking or bad enough to outright disregard the entire game. Xbox Series S, to be specific.
The worst part about this plane is if asobo didn't encrypt files some modder would have already fixed it

They encrypt it as if it has potential to be stolen and has to be protected 🤣
Thank you so much for doing this for third time. I know it’s a lot of effort.❤
The approaching minimums on the climbout was just hilarious ahahah. We had the same the same reaction. LMAO. Great video!

You’re correct
You should do a KSNA to KDEN or somewhere. Always fun flying out of John Wayne doing the noise abatement procedures.

40:55 You can’t just use engine anti-ice willy-nilly on the Max. Boeing is working on a fix for the problem.

Hi thank you for this video, where could I find a checklist for the 737Max? Thanks 🙏
Also …. Is the 737 max more difficult than the airbus?
Ah yes the airport with the funny shape
Does it come with an American Airlines livery?
Oh, I wish! KDFW is my local international airport, so I'd love to zip around in an American Airlines MAX since I see them fairly often irl.
The TCAS is broken and reported to ASOBO as a bug....LOL
It seems broken in any default plane for now, the A330 and A400 don’t seem to have a working TCAS either.
The weight and balance is not correct and has been bug reported to ASOBO.
