    Very inspired and beautifully-made beef roll ups. Man, my mouth is watering. You've given me some ideas. Someone might use a boursin cheese or a cream cheese with chives in those too. I like the almond idea too!

    Those looked fantastic, Ry. I’d like to see a “If I ran a restaurant, here’s what would be on the menu” video. It would be a clips video, from all your videos.

    Hi Ry, I’m new to BBQ cooking and I’m using your channel as my guide. I’ve had some success so far so thank you,
    One thing though, I struggle to keep my Weber kettle around the 225f temp. Any chance you can do a video explaining how you maintain the grill at the temp you want? How much charcoal to begin with, how you have the vents set etc?
    Thanks,

    • @CookingWithRy
      @CookingWithRy  3 роки тому

      Really for that low temp on the kettle it’s about balancing the amount of fuel with your conditions. There’s no one method or setting that will work for everyone. But I also don’t worry too much if my temp shoots up a bit at times.

      It's a less concentrated heat versus the blowtorch effect when the narrow end is upward :)

      The SnS for the features. I’ve actually installed several SnS upgrades on one of my Webers.

    Hello sir, I just purchased a Camp Chef Woodwind. Do you line the drip tray with foil even though it has all the little vents?

    You know Ry, you shouldn't have explained about what precautions you took when double-bagging the meat. It would have been interesting to see how many nattering nits would have come out of the wood work. Having said that, it looked more than just good. When I try it, however, I believe I will use crushed cashews and maybe sneak in a few rolled up pieces of thick cut bacon.
