I keep coming back to listen to this sometimes! You really made that backing track come alive. Great melodies.

I just ordered a used blue one today. I hope it will be a great guitar.

Great vid mate. I have a slash signature Marshal and exactly the same Yamaha.
I was wondering, what is the type of tone pot that I can source to replace the original in this guitar (721 DG)? As far as I can discern it has identifying part number on the back (052A250k). If you could point me in the right direction would be much appreciated. Keep on jamming. :)

A great guitar! Can you talk me about the bridge? Is it good?

Iván Bartolelli if it was still in production, I would buy another one...from wood to hardware to electronics, it’s that good 👌

Yamaha designed Floyd, the gold comes off but it is solid. Best comparison is the modern floyd rose 1000 series with the compact design.

Really nice playing. I have a chance to buy a good condition RGX721DG for 350€. Do you think that's a good price? Also, what do you mean by 're-wired' in your description? Did you change the pickups?

NebulousWeb I’ve had the guitar since early 2000’s, it’s such a great guitar and the pickups are very good. Very versatile guitar.
If it’s still in good condition, would advise you to grab it.
Rewired I mean I disconnected the tone pot and also took the capacitor or whatever in it and soldered it too to volume pot which already had one.I don’t know if it’s technically correct or not but it sounds great.

@@FelixLangstieh Thanks for your reply. Do you have any problems with the floating bridge?

NebulousWeb It has one of the most stable bridges I’ve ever come across....once set almost rarely will have to tune.Friends were amazed too.
But now ofcourse I have some problem not because the bridge wore down but because the guitar was accidentally dropped once and the bridge got affected.Even so....

@@FelixLangstieh I'm seeing the seller tomorrow. He dropped his price to 320€ for the guitar, as long as I also buy his Yamaha practice amp for 30€.
