JUst came across this.....and WOW! I clapped at the end. Superb tone & control. I've had masterclasses with a lot of leading players (in the 80's), but I never came across this piece.
DAYUNG THAT WAS SO FAST, FASTER THAN I CAN EVER PLAY IT CUZ I PLAY FLUTE AND IM 14. IM JUST LEARNING HOW TO DOUBLE TONGUE, BUT YOUR DOUBLE TONGUING WAS 100X FASTER THAN I COULD EVER DO IT BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jacqueline Damian Hi Jacqueline! Thank you!To be honest I really can’t remember, since it was a long time ago. But to be honest I’ve never had any issues with vibrato. I guess it always came to me naturally, just trying to come as close to a free singing vibrato. It takes a while to get it consistent and well-formed though.
