It's so bitter sweet to watch this 🥰 I'm from PR but moved to the mainland 17 years ago. I lived close to the airport and landed there plenty of times, we went on vacation every summer since I was a little girl. At 30 y.o. I left and have gone only once since then. All my family is still there... By the way, that was a really smooth landing!
I have been to Puerto Rico twice in my lifetime already. Mare St Claire Hotel at Isla Verde is my most ever favorite hotel in Puerto Rico; when it was originally ESJ Towers.
I just saw 2 of my favorite fishing spots!! Nice memories! Palo Seco and Punta Salinas!! Right from shore I have caught a dozen different species.from sharks,hammerheads,snappers,Jack's,rayao,robalo, even (unfortunately which I always throw back immediately) Carey..and many more..By the way that aircraft had a different landing approach than normaly.usually they go in straight to shore right before Punta Salinas ( not parallel to the shore like this one did) then after making the right hand turn inland then they turn left over land.usually above hwy 22 above ft Buchanan then straight in to runway 8 or 10...these guys came in parallel to shore above Palo Seco then over cataño south shore of SJ bay ,south of tjig then over santurce..kind of almost a straight in approach.great views
Would probably be much better videos if you didn't fill 1/8th of the frame with a dead space cockpit support beam and actually focused on your background. Guess thats hard to do when you are shooting this with a go pro though😂 Would be better if you left the aerial cinematography to the professionals there Captain😘

Have landed at SJU international airport many times it is a very scenic approach and that was a very smooth landing on runway 10.
