You guys really need to adjust the sound levels in these videos. I always turn the volume up to here the dudes talk and then the intro music comes blasting out super loud and wakes up my parents and they get pissed.

hes lying about not getting hurt if you do it at the end of a ledge. the only times ive rolled my ankle badly is when ive tried switch crooks on the end of a ledge.. foot went straight under the kick and i rolled the fuck outa my ankle. TWICE. but i really want to learn them they are cool
