"Lemmy bass solo sir?"
"Oh yes please, I could murder one"
I don't think the health&safety Marshall's will allow it....😉
@@mr_ozzio5095 They'd probably explode 😁
i get that metallica reference!
*I see what you did there.
@@daveshort7371 - I'm glad somebody caught on 👍
The entire overkill album is crazy
One of my top 30 Motörhead album.
favorite album!
Love the bass solo in Stay Clean, it's so fucking cool and I was blown away the first time I heard it because I had never actually heard Lemmy play a solo before but I still love it
Check out "Orgone Accumulator" by Hawkwind. 10 minutes of Lemmy joy. Hawkwind were definitely at the top of the game during the time Lemmy was with the band 😎
@@darkcommission Cool, I'll listen to it then. Thanks for the recommendation
Stay Clean, for me, The Best Motorhead Song
Bomber
Overkill.
Definitely in my top 3 favourite motorhead songs along with no class and bomber
@@nkmcfrln love it too
Love for sale
A great solo. He also has a cracking one in ‘Lost in the Ozone’, which is one I see less people talking about.
Oh, I need to check it out then, because I love Stay Clean.
Check out Keep Us On The Road too.
The bronze era
Watching Lemmy playing this live was a joy to watch. He has such swagger 😎
"Rock 'n' roll ain't worth the name if it don't make ya strut !!"
@@marSLaZZ66 that is a lyric that even Little Richard would be proud of! 😎
He had more stage presence than anyone else I've ever seen. Lemmy didn't need to run and jump around the stage to make people pay attention.
@@stevec6427 absolutely! 😎
@@stevec6427 a heavy groovy monolith !
Fookin brillant! I saw Lemmy do this in the Iron Fist tour in 1982. Met him and Phil and Eddie outside the venue where they did a meet n greet
Perfect !Bravo !! Tone ,notes ,timing the lot . This is the stuff , this is what we want !
Stay Clean is a definite underrated tune. Absolutely amazing.
Absolutely superb! My favorite Motörhead song, I’m 60 now and my first Motörhead gig was in 1979. Those three men changed my life forever and I listen to them every day! 🤘❤️🇬🇧
Bro that BEHS tone is absolutely AWESOME!!
Lemmy should have done more bass solos. Very underrated bass solo.
Early Hawkwind masterclass - you can hear this bass run in so much of their music - especially the Alan Davey era (Bass Assassin #2)
Yes, on Sputnik Stan.
My ears are bleeding currently. 10/10 would recommend this bass solo.
Beautiful job sir! Nailed the tone and everything. Perfect.
Love it! Great playing, great tone! I would give it a solid 10 BEHS slaps out of 10! Another one that you knocked out the park Daniel!
Stay Clean has ALWAYS been my FAVORITE Mötorhead song, good job on the solo!
Watching it again because YOU KILLED IT!!!!!!!!!!!! It's fantastic!
Right on !! Love it !! 😀
Oooooooh Yeh !!!!! …. One of my all time favorite solos…. Sounded great 👍 BEHS ON … Cheers 🍻
Great BEHS solo cover!
As Bass player, I love this song!
I am a big fan of you DANNY, Greetins from Italy 🤟🏻🇮🇹
That was great! Motorhead fan since the early 80s and you did that justice. More Lemmy solos please 🇦🇺
That was just excellent, a proper buzz to listen to and see that Rick in action and you enjoying it.
Best cover of that solo I’ve seen. Great job Danny!
Behs!! Awesome mate… sounds excellent
this was the solo that made me want to play bass more than 30 years ago. Good work! 👌
Lemmy made Rick’s sound great. Love that solo.
Next on the RickMasters - JJ Brunell.
Straight shreddin mate! 🤘
Nicely done. What I like about your playing is that it's obvious that you really enjoy it.
Excellent job!
Glad to see this solo getting some attention! Simple yet effective. I wish Lemmy had recorded more solos, to be honest.
I heard Motörhead play that song live. Webster Theater in Hartford, March 15, 2005. One of my favorite concerts to this day. 🤘😝
Smashed it! Well done mate
Danny, you have Class! great playing and great tone.STAY BEHS!!! This song is Motorheads 'My Generation'
Well done, sounds nice and grindy \m/
Awesome BEHS work! 👍👍
Top notch Danny..thanks very much 👌 👏
Great cover of a wonderful solo from a wonderful song …. And I’m not even a Motörhead fan. But I do love anything “Behs!”
Impeccable
Love it!
best bhes solo ever.....
Great! Love it!
Wow well played dude!!👏🏻🤘🏻😎♠️
The Another Perfect Day album is a much-maligned Motorhead classic. I have to say, though, the bassline Lemmy played on the Damned's version of Ballroom Blitz has always been a favourite of mine; it's pretty much a solo for the whole length of the song.
I love another perfect day!
Good call Sir. Ballroom Blitz as performed by Messrs Kilmister, Vanian, Ward, Scabies, and Sensible has always been one of my favourite tracks.
Nice one Danny you played Lemmys BEHS solo awesome
I love the way you always have that little smile on your face when you play behs. You love the instrument and it shows.
Epic, what a moment! The other killer mini solo from Lemmy is at the end of any live version of Leaving Here, first time I heard that on the Golden Years EP I was converted instantly
Very cool!
Frickin awesome. One of my fav Motorhead moments 🤘
Wow, that was awesome, I remember that riff
Never gets old!! Lemmy is looking up and smiling at you!
Freakin awesome 💯
Oooo, good work. That’s a classic
Good one! Still so fresh and amusing :)
Keep us on the Road has a great bass solo too. One of my Hawkwind favourites is Orgone Accumulator. 10 minutes of Lemmy on the bass. 👌
That just kicks ass. Nice job.
That sounds amazing
Lemmy Kicked! Nice work 🎸😎.
This is cool, thanks
Love the behs
Nailed it!
Excellent 👌
Nailed that man. Beautiful. Love from Australia 🐨
Saw Lemmy with Hawkwind in 1974. Brilliant!
I know I lot of folk won’t agree but I think his best stuff was on Space Ritual. He wrote the metal, indie and punk bass handbook on that album.
Damn. Must have been awesome
@@KMc-cw3qt Brilliant! 1st row, 1st balcony, Massey Hall, Toronto. 14 years old…purple microdot LSD. Religious experience
@@geordiedog1749 and trance with that Orgone Accumulator bass line!
You lucky bugger Gordon. 👍🇦🇺
Love it
Great performance, great solo, great BEHS, great Lemmy!
More please
Lovely!
After a Motorhead concert at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago in the late 80s, my ears never stopped ringing.
Well done Danny Boi! 🎶🎸👍
Nailed it, nice work. Rickys for ever
Nice!
Perfecto!
f*ck, I love the sound of that Ricky! MORE BEHS
Mint playing pal.
Awesome .
Great bass player sir !!!!😊❤
Stunning bass solo! Lemmy was an amazing musician
I saw Motörhead at Bradford St George’s some time in the late 80s. I nearly got ran over when leaving the venue, crossing to the interchange, as I didn’t hear the approaching taxi. My ears were still ringing the morning after.
Bloody epic solo, have to learn that one
my ears are fine
The smile says it all!
Amazing job, one of Motorheads best songs
perfect.
Now that kicked ass.
Great job.
I went to see Motörhead on their Ace of Spades tour at Hammersmith…I suffered from terrible migraines as a teen and felt one coming on during the support. I ended up lying on the floor puking and feeling like death… Right up until Lemmy played his thunderous opening note on his behs…Suddenly I rose like Lazarus, felt great, and I’ve never had another migraine to this day.
🔥🔥🔥
AWESOME 👌 👏 👍
Damn Danny... You got it Man. Lemmy was (and STILL is) the Hardest Rocking BEHSSIST on this orb, and whooped on the most LETHAL WEAPON... The Rickenbacker. You got it down Man... ♠️ Celebrate with some pints. I'm hoisting one for you 🍺
Nailed it.
Dude you gotta do the keep us on the road
Nice job laying that down!
Amazing this album came out 45 freaking years ago😊
Yes
Sick bes solo
Lemmy loved playing in the middle of the fret board
What a band!
Absolutely Beautiful! We all miss you Lenny, Philthy, Fast Eddie.
The coolest bass sound ever.Tony Franklin next Danny!
That was released March 1979!! Still sounds great today 🤩
