I was able to tour another house in Pulu Amsic today, this house is a Todd Williams represented 3 Bedroom 3+ Bath Bungalow style semi-furnished with 2nd level Sun Deck. There is a large carport able to fit 2 vehicles + other items, the is a gated residence in a very secure development. The community pool and clubhouse are across the street and are the nicest in Angeles City.
Come take a look at this one level living house in one of the Best Subdivisions in Angeles City...

wow small World 😃
you are welcome 👍✌️
Pulu amsic is one of the best places to live for sure from what I've seen and experienced.
The most overrated place to live. This house looks like absolute garbage. 😂😂😂
Very nice. Aways like these vlogs w/ Todd W. Properties
Are you checking out any rentals below 600... we're not all rich like you!😂
when we see them or are available 👍
Cool
Homeowner needs to cover that rooftop deck then it would be nice. Similar to our house
yes you’re right there 👍 all weather area 😃
Another great info vlog on housing!...I had a question about the MPI golf you mentioned on the way in. You mentioned a public pool....I was wondering if you know the size of the pool and if is a lap pool like the one in the development. I was asking since I usually make the trek to Fontana Resort for my 2X weekly lap swim. I am always on the hunt for a lap pool at least 25m....just wondering if you have seen one....Thanks!
youtube search “MPLI golf course hensonville” my earlier video should pop up
it is a nice lap pool 😃 and possibly the length you are looking for
i believe they offer monthly pkgs
@@chubsDubC that’s awesome!…thanks!..,.have a great night!
wow always love the houses at that place..... yes, you and Anne should move there.... Thank you for these videos on rentals. This is greatly helping me to see what kind of placing I might be able to rent when I move down there. Thank you. Also, let us know of the great day when Anne gets to swim at that pool.....
you are welcome 👍 we have been given permission so pool fun may be soon 😃
Great price for Pulu Amsic and good location for the pool. Sub division is very nice and safe also check out the new basketball court they are building with the new toddlers park.

🇵🇭😎🇵🇭
60k pesos in Angeles City.. try and find some 20K pesos and 25 k pesos rentals or even cheaper.. I am a cheap Charlie and I am living on a $3,000 a month retirement😮😊.. of course I like to spend less as I can so I can save as much as I can😮😮😊😊
those are hard to come by these days or i find them too embarrassing to show and dont want to be chastised, but i do call numbers i see
@@chubsDubC thanks for your honesty.. I will stick with living in the small beach towns with beautiful beaches and cheap prices.. if a person takes time to really look they can find anything they want in the Philippines at a cheap price..
The house with the cube in front is for sale, so you can buy for Anne if you want. The asking price is only 88,000,000 million pesos (USD $1,500,000). Has about USD $200,000 worth of art inside and around the house. Belongs to a friend who custom build the house and his interest has changed for personal reasons. Great Layout, custom pool, solar, generator, and great furniture.
wow that sounds like an amazing place 😃
Note to self, don't let friends know how much valuable things I have inside my house, as they may comment about it on the internet LOL
Bars on the inside of the windows, what exactly was going on there before? Nobody does that. Those bathrooms are horrible, not P.A. Quality at all.
Very nice 👍
Shout out from Brampton Ontario Canada 🇨🇦

Nice zoom on your camera and thanks for sharing.
Lived 3 doors down from the one you showed for 3 years. Went home around 4 years back when my job came to an end. Nice place and my kids loved the pool !
good to hear 👍 that pool is so nice 😎 great subdivision
I live in Phuket, Thailand. I've watched several channels with rentals and find that for the most part the homes, condos, and apartments are overpriced in comparison to here and places like Cambodia. Also, the requirements for 2 months deposit and 1st months rent, along with a large utility deposit is out of line. Also, I hear that the deposits are rarely returned there, with very little recourse. Other than a fairly lenient visa programs in the Philippines as compared to Thailand I see Thailand's better infrastructure (rarely have a brown-out), much better healthcare and overall quality of the housing as a better choice. Also Cambodia has much less expensive housing, and a pretty good visa system. Cambodian healthcare may not be up to par but Thailand is a quick flight.
We always return any security deposits due to the tenants. The terms are very standard and we believe fair. Many times, in order to lease higher end properties, you must give post dated checks for the whole lease. While some things in Thailand are much better, two things here in the Philippines, give the win to the Philippines.
English is the official language here. You never need to learn anything else. Unlike Thailand, anything to do with the law, or contracts, etc., is in English. If you ever find yourself dealing with the courts, purchasing property or dealing with anything official, it is always in English.
You can also throw in the lèse-majesté law. It is a crime according to Section 112 of the Thai Criminal Code to say anything negative about the Royal Family or to respect them in any way. Illegal to defame, insult, or threaten the monarch of Thailand (king, queen, heir-apparent, heir-presumptive, or regent). The Thai lèse-majesté law has been on the statute books since 1908. Any Thai citizen can claim you have broken these laws, and you will be arrested and if found guilty in Jail for up to 15 years. If baseless, you still would be in court for a few years and spend thousands of dollars.
@@AngelesCityExpatRentalProperty I agree never a problem with the deposits being returned from the people I know has always been good and easy. Look after the place and return it how you find it then no problems.
Agree on your points about Thailand, and the language barrier is way overblown on vlogs. Thailand infrastructure hands down is about 10 years ahead of the Philippines. All the bragging that goes on about BGC, a small community within a city, OK, now how about the rest of the country
I agree 100% about Thailand ...If its westerner owned in the RP you have alot better chance of getting your deposit back...
Stay there in thailand
