With 'driving instructors near me' being such a popular search on Google in UK we thought we'd give you a few more options. Seventy percent of learners find their Driving Instructor through recommendations, be it directly through friends and family or asking on social media like Facebook, Twitter etc.
At the moment, it comes down to choosing from an independent local driving instructor, a local driving school or a national driving school.

Social anxiety is a biiiig thing in my life, the idea of getting on the road is very daunting. I'd need an instructor like this guy, who understands and is very encouraging
Getting someone that understands you is so important. It will make the learning process much more enjoyable.
I really wish you were my instructor it’s insane 😂😂
under 5k of subs for such quality content? it should be 5 mils! Thank you for the video!
Thanks for the support Timur!!
this was SO HELPFUL! Thank you so much!
Wow great informative video lil bro thanks I hope this channel gets more views and subscribers blessings
Great content.
Thanks for sharing very useful information 👍👍👍👍👍from your new subscriber 🙏
What a legend
Thank you so much for all the information, wish I could find this video earlier, after spending 14hrs of driving with an automatic instructor charging £65 for 2 hrs, I decided to drop the instructor because he treated “ lunatic person, crazy “n other words which hurts me 😢and also hurting me on my believe 😮😢 I prefer to let the instructor go and believe me I feel much better now (Can’t Believe in 2022 we have this kind of attitude)
Would the tips that you have offered still work today? I have struggled with driving lessons, because when I was younger, I wasn't prepared enough. Now, I am in London and employers won't take your driving lessons seriously due to public transport. Shortly, I will be moving to Sheffield and I have more flexible time. Will there be driving instructors who would work after 4pm on a weekday basis while still be instructors who are available on weekends?
Thanks for the content. No music is quality to me.
I live in Canada and unlike in many places, one can get a license in my province without even going to a driving school. On all the driving school websites i saw in my city the basic plan is only 10 hours of driving
Yess
3 out of the 4 instructor's I've had so far are proper..yesterday the instructor caused some nervouseness yesterday but I did so well my first 3 lesson's.I cannot chose my instructor (I'm in a driving school)..I paid for a full class and didn't feel I got the full moneys worth....this lady asked me what I wanted to do,really asked If I wanted to drive ....far to feed her horse...on my lesson.not what I paid for......also kept talking about personal stuff, talking very fast about nothing to do with my lesson....I could go on
I was wondering if you charge the driving instructors that are on your get licensed website and if so how much. Or do you take a persentage of the money they earn? thank you for a nice video (:

Can we learn from individual instructors? Those who aren’t associated with any driving school ? What should we look for in them ? A car with L plate right? And insurance and their license isn’t it? What else please suggest coz I was advised someone from my friend who used to work in a driving school but had left the school. Please suggest.

This channel should be doing much better
haha, thanks. It's just started... give us a few weeks/months :)
You say it takes 40 hours to drive. Why is it taken me 3 years to now feel test ready? I've taken more than 100 lessons im sure I've lost count.
That's just the average number of lessons taken from the data accumulated from past experience. We all learn differently and the instructor makes a huge difference.
Have you past your test yet ?
@@54356776 yes finally I passed but the driving lessons for me did not fully prepare me in the new world of driving and city driving busy places. So still learning with my P plate. Lol.

Well done mate ! The real learning only really starts once we've passed the test. We should never stop learning and it's a great sign that you think that way even after you have passed. Good luck mate.
After watching this video, I'm conscious of two main points.
1- You failed to mention finding an instructor that is a grade A or has any extra training, like being an advanced driver.
2 - If that is how you drive, I dread to think how poor your standard of teaching is. There were several times where the car was moving and you didn't have any hands on the wheel, not to mention most of your concentration being on the camera and not on your surroundings.
