Passed first time with two minors, try and spend the first few minutes impressing them. First impression are a big deal. As soon as they know you can drive they’ll probably also be more confident about you passing. Try and make the drive as smooth as possible, slow down over humps, brake smoothly, slow down a lot at sharp turns. Try and have a nice little chat with them during traffic as well, just to break the ice.
Passed my test on saturday with zero faults… All thanks to your videos and your ultimate driving course🎉. I can still hear the examiner saying “ I cannot record any driving faults and i’m pleased to tell you that you’ve passed your test and it was an excellent drive” 😂 Thanks once again

You're probably tired of these types of comments but I passed my test today! 🥳 Your videos have been a huge help over the past nine months. Thank you so much!
I failed my test on Thursday. Got a serious fault for driving too close to the parked vehicle. I got one minor as well for parking a bit far from the kerb. You can imagine I'm so disappointed as it could have been an easy pass.. Hoping to get a closer date. This video is very good. Thank you
@@amanyarkoa6471 It went very well I passed with 1 minor. What I’d say is don’t worry about the nerves. I was nervous the whole day leading up to it but the second the test started they instantly vanished and you’ll realise all you need to do is drive. Just don’t overthink it.
Still over the moon, passing my driving test last monday with only 3 minor faults. ❤ I watched this video the sunday night, the night before my test. I used my husband's car so i was able to tell him to clean the car last minute. I also told my examiner that we don't have extra rearview mirror, which i think helped in the "first impression." Thank you so much for your videos ❤ i only did 12hrs with my driving instructor because he was always angry and degrading me, i think that's his way of teaching, which won't work for me.. your calm demeanor in your videos has helped me calm my nerves. ❤
Wonderful video!! Great to see Raajan again on the channel :) Next up, please do a video with Brandon! Maybe to see how he is getting on with the driving about 2 years on.
Another tip I would add is that you book a test in the morning. Around 10-11am is the perfect time for a test since rush hour is over and the roads are usually quiet. Also, try not to book a test on a Friday, Saturday or a bank holiday as the roads are usually a lot more busy. If you book a test at around 4pm, you gonna spend the morning and afternoon worrying about it, do it in the morning and get it done Another thing is that tests costs £75 on weekends and bank holidays instead of £62

In New Zealand, the examiner always brings their own interior mirror to your car. As you walk towards your car, they'll tell you to start it up and indicate left and right. They'll check your indicators, front and back, then they'll tell you to press the brake pedal they'll check your brake lights are working and also toot your horn. Then, they'll check your registration and warrant of fitness. Then, they'll get in, brief you on the test, and ask you if you've got any questions because they won't be able to help you out while they are conducting your test. Then, you start with the "show me, tell me" questions. Then, you finally drive off.
Very helpful thanks Pin! I have my driving test booked for 7th June so just over a months time. Really nervous about it but confident that I am good enough to pass. Keep up the good work 😊
Passed in first short..with 2 minors..!! P.s. I already drove in Dubai, India, Australia officially for 10 years Few Tips that helped me: 1. Don't watch many videos just follow 1 Channel and stick to it 2. Took 2 mock test before exam 3. Watched show and tell question 1 day before exam so that I remember every question 4. Created pleasant atmosphere in car, did carwash and interiors with nice fresh aquatic smell 5. Greeted examiner with smile and positivity 6.Drove with confidence only talked when asked questions 7. I was lucky and thankful that my examiner was very nice person made me comfortable and explained everything very well Best of luck and stay positive..!! Thankful to all driving lessons & content creators 🎉🎉
The day before my test. I slept at almost 1 in the morning watching test routes that I just found out. Since I did not know someone (driving instructor) local were making videos of the multiple test routes. But its not like a Memorize them, more of like the way he explained how you should drive helped a lot. i.e. Do not Rush, take your time, don't go too fast and be gentle, even if the road saids 20/30 or 40 mph, no need to hit that speed fast and don't even go too near it. maybe +/- 2-3 miles per hour off. And always be cautious. Specially in my city where the roads can get narrow real quick. On the actual day my instructor picked me up 1.5 hrs early. I was nervous AF. like legit. So what we did then was go in the M4 and went to his part of the city and did a few maneuvers and then drove back. I came back, and the nervousness just disappeared. I was focused and locked in up until I realize that we were going back and the test is about to finish where I almost failed as the nervousness came back. Even worse when I parked back in the test centre I was at an angle but apparently that was fine! lmao Still passed with 1 minor.
I took many attempts to pass my test; I would always get really uptight and make silly errors. Rushing. On my final attempt I realised that I had LOST my provisional licence, I think it was actually the day before the test. Somehow between my amazing driving instructor and the fact we had a local DVLA office back then (early 2000s), they managed to get a replacement license, or some kind of confirmation, sent to the test centre for me and I took my test; after a sleepless night and basically writing off my chances of passing. Strangely, this took the pressure off me to pass the test, and I went round the test route in a calm, zen like state and passed with maybe a couple of minors. So my advice is to take the pressure off yourself and imagine that it's just a regular drive, I also imagined that I had my grandma and a stack of egg crates on the back seat to encourage me to drive nice and sedately with early gentle braking etc.
Thank you so much for these videos mate!! I have my test soon and was worried about how it go at the test centre. Love the bants too with your nephew loool
Interesting to watch as I have my test in 1 weeks time and I probably would of turned up heart beating like mad over thinking and whats he going to ask next and my nerves would of been gone before even pulling off.
my tell me question was somwthing about whats the safe visibility to drive in foggy conditions, i didnàt know and said 10m. At the end i passed with 3 minors but we had a good laugh when he told me that the answer was 100m
I had my first ever test about 2 weeks ago. Unfortunaly I failed.. This is how my experience was. I was debating with my instructor whether I should do this or not and I told him that I am not sure if I should do the test. Anyways it was time.. I was still inside the car with my instructor.. I opened the door and then I saw the examiner across me. He was like do you have a test. I said yes. He was like come on then hurry up sarcastically.. I basically told him I was about to go home. He asked me a tell me question about break lights. I answered correctly and then he explained how the exam will go etc etc.. The actual test wasn't actually as hard as I thought. It was pretty quiet.. I failed on 2 STUPID reasons which I cannot believe I did.. The first was I entered a roundabout when a car to my right was coming. Very very dumb thing I did. The second one was even more stupid.. I didn't realise there was a pedestrian crossing in front of me and I tried to move.. The most dumbest mistake that was. I was like why the hell did I do this.. Everything else was good. I had about 7 minor faults and 2 serous faults
I think the occasion can make you under or over focus. I very almost stopped at temporary traffic lights, I was looking for the stop here sign as that's where you stop, but there was no sign, but didn't realise it was on green. I think I would have failed if I came to a complete stop, but just about got away with it.
Update** I passed my second driving test just a few days ago. I got an early test date so basically a month later. I was so nervous I even told the examiner that I'm so nervous, he was like just drive how you'd normally do. This examiner was really friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He asked me what would I be doing at this time I told him that im a personal trainer and he was very interested and we started talking about gym and he told me about what he's goals were and also told me that he's nephew was a boxing champion. The test route was so easy. However I was driving very cautiously and he knew this. He even helped me at some points. One time I was at a round about and it was clear but I was hesitating and he was like you can go. Another time we were coming up to one of those narrow bridge things I forgot what theyre called but I started breaking incase oncoming traffic came my way but he was like carry on. The maneuver I had to do was the reverse 2 car lengths which was very easy. Also I was like a mad man with mirror checks. I was checking my mirrors very regular, everytime I turned, slowed down, braked etc etc so I never got any faults for mirror checks. I answered both the show me and tell questions correctly. One was about how I the breaks are working and the other one was how do I spray the back window. In the end he told me congratulations you have passed. Was the best feeling ever. I was like YESSSS and I patted my examiner in the arm and me patted me back. I was like thankyou and he was like no it's your driving that's passed you. My instructor hugged me, I shook hands with the examiner and he joked to my instructor that I was driving very cautiously. It's such a great feeling to be finally passed
Also why you need your provisional license is because when you pass, they take it and your new one will automatically get sent to you about 2weeks later.
Hi pin,my test is coming in 2 weeks time and feel really well prepared, but my instructor told me he is going for holidays,so im going in my own car with my husband who is helping me now for more practice which makes a great improvement,i would like to know one thing,if the examiner ask you to pull on the left, are you allowed to park on yellow double lanes? You are doing wonderful job, regards.

The bonnet moment had me in stitches 😂 very informative video thank you
Mine was during rush hour, 8:10am but my examiner took me to country roads mostly so it can work to your advantage a little
Well done on 669000 subscribers 😮
Hopefully i pass this in September time.😅
I’ve got my 3rd test tomorrow. I failed my first with 2 minors and 1 serious for clearance and failed my 2nd test for signals.
Very helpful. Thank you
this just reminded me to get my provisional license ready lol
Also why you need your provisional license is because when you pass, they take it and your new one will automatically get sent to you about 2weeks later.
