I agree, I hope we eventually get that 4+ hour cut of GLADIATOR II with more May & Pedro! 🤞 My November favorites: TV: SAY NOTHING on FX/Hulu - I had so much fun with this. Based on the true story of the first women to join the IRA during The Troubles in Northern Ireland. It is a surprisingly easy watch considering how dark the real life subject matter is. Movie: CONCLAVE - A much simpler story than I was expecting, but so incredibly well crafted in all departments. Also loved the use of a single perspective narrative to increase the political tension.
Much more of a Marvel guy than a DC guy - I think my last DC I liked was the recent Alan Scott: The Green Lantern - but I just subbed and you might be steering me to some good DC stuff to add to my sub at my FNCBS.
You had me at "... as a Green Lantern fan.." Subbed! Also, did you have "Professor" crossed out on that title page because you acknowledge that the term is a professional designation reserved for those with a PhD? Or ... maybe not. But thanks for telling us about that Ellen Aim prequel movie! (that's my head canon now!) Also, I just finished "The Penguin" and it's as awesome as most people think it is! I'm also enjoying the final season of "Superman & Lois" though I have issues with Luthor's depiction.
