Thank you for sharing! I'm a writer and a teacher and have had really bad pains in my hands and forearms for WEEKS. Started your series of exercises this week and hoping to see some improvement!

RSI of hands and upper arms can also be a pinched nerve in the back nerve the scapula. Try forcefully lowering your shoulders and also stretching your elbows back behind as when waking up. This may clear the RSI of hands instantly, with the nerve signal unblocked in this way.

🙏 YO thank you for this specific tip. My wrist and hand have been killing me and I could barely move my fingers. I've been trying everything, and even though I have stretched my shoulders a little before, I hadn't actually tried to LOWER them before doing so. My pain isn't 100% gone but I got some relief and my fingers are moving a little smoother now.

@@kitsunderevt I’m glad this helped. Try again but lower them *really* forcefully and move the neck around also whilst doing that. It should clear completely. I worked this out by trial and error, trying every thug else, and only this lowering worked when really forceful. You can straighten the arms also (hands pointing towards the ground). Also move weight from slightly left to right at same time. Also rotate arms whilst pontiny harms towards floor. All of this whilst forcing shoulders down. The RSI will 100% clear - at least nine did. Finally just swing the arms around all over the place in every direction at the end as final step.

Would this help with burning pain I get between my fingers and on my palm?

As long as your doctor or physiotherapist has cleared you for exercising your hands and arms, these exercises as well as the others in our Quick Fix playlist could really help. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Would you recommend this for tennis elbow?

Hi there! Yes this would be a great series of exercises to try for Tennis Elbow. We also have another video on our UA-cam channel called ‘stretches for tennis and golfers elbow’, which is another one you might want to check out!

Sorry to ask but how many times a day?

A couple of times a day would be good as long as it helps. If it's too much, cut back to 1x. Always good to check with your doctor or physiotherapist first. Good luck!
