No, but I follow folk/alt.country/americana music fairly closely. It's huge in Sweden and parts of eastern Europe, but still 99% of anything with international renown comes from the US. I haven't heard of anything coming out of of Germany before.
You guys should try to wear a meat dress or something. Music is fantastic but you seriously need to work on your marketing! (actually adding that /s for clarity, you never know)
