Hi Ian. I have just come across your video on marinating olives and I feel compelled to comment. Olives must be cured by various means before they can be eaten. You say they can be eaten immediately or in a few days. Not true. Green olives (in particular) need to have the bitterness removed over about a week (min) in various ways before they are suitable to eat. You cannot just take olives from a tree, place them in a jar with oil and spices and just eat them. Your marinade is great. Sam :)
