Most Educated Women Look Over Blue Collar Men.... ©

  • BLUE HENRY's are the one group of men that college educated women skip right over in their quest to find a "good man".
    Is this a mistake?
Are blue collar men on your level?
The higher up women go the less likely they look for blue collar men.....is this smart?
"I'd never married a man that doesn't wear a suit to work"
    "Time have changed"
"People are......(insert default stat to justify your point)"
These are just a few of the standard responses you here when you ask some people difficult questions.
Why do single professionals lag behind coupled and/or married?
Are you truly in charge of your social life?
Are you truly not married because you "choose not to be?"
How does being single hurt men at work?
How does being single hurt women at work?
Is it better to "settle" or "make an arrangement" or go it alone?
Have you invested your relational energy into career, pets, or other things?
Is it possible for women's soft skills to suck too?
    Are you socially awkward?
    Have you lost all hope?
    Are you doomed?

Good show my daddy is a retired waste water engineer for the city and county of San Francisco. 40 years of working odd hours and now he and my mom sit on a fat pension with plenty of money in the bank. I have the utmost respect for blue collar men. If women are passing them up they are fools.

I feel that if two people work together, the man being to leader and his girlfriend or potential wife adding that Quality to keep the business going. This is what we don't hear enough of, but I have seen this be effective with friends who have done this. As long as the women is a compliment to her man and has his back.

@Belly Wank exactly man. They have the family set up from birth. I see more latinas and Mexican women that are also family oriented. I feel that at a certain age of dating, you just have to do what's best with those that have the family and building ideology. Too much back and forth and deception with dating in our culture.

Thank you for standing up for us Kevin. I am a union commercial HVAC contractor, and I worked my way up to take care of the heating and cooling that supplies the Pentagon. I will be the first one to mention how intelligent you have to be to hold these types of positions. For one, the equipment is extremely expensive, and the work itself is very dangerous. We aren’t idiots that do this type of work. Remember, if natural catastrophe happens, we’re the ones that everyone will need to rely on to survive. Again, thank you for explaining this Kevin. This was a great show Kevin! I’m an Electrical Engineer/MBA and I started my career in the Utility Industry, specifically commercial nuclear power and throughout my career I’ve worked with guys in the plant, lineman for power systems, skilled tradesman etc. and many are at $150k+ within a few years of training. If their fathers or a close relative was in the trade, they’re in a program at 18 years old and by 21/22 they’re making good bank for their age, in little to no debt and if forward thinking they’re building the skillset and network to ‘enterprise’ as you mentioned!
In talking to these ladies, young and old, many are just clueless with regards to the money being made by these men and as was echoed in the show, it’s because they tend to focus on the superficial aspects [swag/suits etc...]. I always shake my head because I’m thinking, “How is it the men know where the high quality dudes are [Blue or Blake] and the ladies don’t!” A whole segment of men are ‘securing’ the bag like thieves In the night, GHOSTS to single women. This channel is a great resource for those that want solid advice AND are about action after receiving said advice....💪🏽

I think the reason blue collar men are overlooked by women is that society and Hollywood presents blue collar men as the uneducated (see not having a degree) underclass that shouldn’t be afforded the same affirmations, respect and praise compared to their white collar counterparts that are looked at as high class due to their education when in reality most of the white collar money makers didn’t get a college degree yet all the entry level positions are held by college degree holders 😂.
It’s women’s misperception that a college degree is the end all be all gateway way to affluent and prestige thus access to high quality men. They fail to realize or acknowledge that there are high quality men across the blue and white collar job sectors who are doing very well but because these men don’t have a “high powered” job title women look at these men as being beneath them thus are automatically disqualified as potential long term partners.

Fellow electrical Engineering, I work with design engineer for cell phone components, but I know some many guys that went to work with the power companies and many of them end up at the nuclear plant making bank.
I’m with you, I just don’t get why these women don’t see there are plenty of people who are blue collar in a plant. I’ve worked with managers at Siemens for my senior project and they guys make 150k+ and a lot of them don’t have degrees.

    Straight truth.
I’ve had women in my past ignore my advance until they found out how much money I generate. Had a sister curve me on one job site, I saw at a party of a mutual friend we didn’t know we shared. She didn’t even recognize me a cleaned up and in a different vehicle. She showed some interest, I passed on her. It used to be comical and common. Now I don’t waste time on slow learners.

That's great - I always tell young men who have no interest in college to get certified in a trade skill. The country ALWAYS need blue-collar workers, and they make great money. IF they desire, they can always attend college later in life or on a part-time basis. You're an excellent example that I'm offering good life-advice to these young men. I've seen and heard of a few guys starting off as blue-collar workers, and making a career change later in life. Way to go!

As a guy having been white collar (still holding professional licenses) and blue collar currently, it was glaringly apparent, particularly in office settings. As a result, the conversations about finding or meeting guys "ON THEIR LEVEL" was common topic of discussion. I can truly say that very few had a "Level"....

Most of the young ladies aren't mature enough, yet, to date a blue collar Henry. Remember, most of these men will be at least 10 years older than these women, and just will not put up with mess. The most young ladies (22-28) are still in that young "hang-out group mentality" they can't see past their friends, or their friends ideas.

I'm a PROUD blue Henry. I've been a union carpenter for 26 years. After achieving my journeyman card, I started a small construction company in Indianapolis. Before leaving the city, we helped building Lucas Oil Stadium, the Indiana State Convention Center, and the NCAA Hall of Champions. I shut my company down to move my family to Maui. I went back to working as a union carpenter.
My wife (now exwife) watched me do this. After a couple years of living in Maui, and paying for our son's tuition at Tuskegee (he's now an engineer for Boeing), she left me (and our family for a f-boy).
I'm now remarried and rebuilding another empire.
Don't overlook what we bring to the table.

@@miyagifatghost2684I was a toddler and one of the few memories I have was seeing my dad coming home in an orange work suit holding a tools box and a writing on it that read "technician/ electrician" He worked onshore/offshore which means his work required him to work weeks even months before returning home. And the next time I saw him come home, he no longer had the box and we were living really well. So I didn't really witness him in his hustle stage. All I knew, was that we were living very well from the age of 4.

My man is a blue HENRY. I actually did meet him online. Our paths would have never crossed in person, as at the time we lived in different areas and he pretty much works all the time between his job and auto shop in the south burbs. I worked downtown at the time. I agree professional women should not put them down and open themselves up to this pool of men. It is an adjustment when you are mainly around corporate types. I did however grow up with a blue collar dad who gave us a great life. The advice in this video was good and much needed. ❤️

All I ever wanted was a blue collar man. I was smart since I was in my 20's. I noticed how those guys in suits treated women even back then. they treated us like trash to throw away. I'm 29 years in with an amazing Chef who comes home every day and has to jump in the shower due to his uniform having all kinds of food on it. I gladly wash those uniform and ensure he has the right boots to wear in the kitchen. These young girls don't know s*&t!!!!

I came from a mixed education background. My Mom has a Masters and Rank One in Education and Dad worked at a Factory. I ended up marrying a “ Blue Collar” man. I have a 4 year degree in Healthcare Administration. My husband has 2 years of college and was a licensed Realtor. He worked for awhile in Real estate and did well in it but we got ourselves into a position where he had to go back to work in a factory and I went to work at an answering service after loosing my job working in my field for several years. We both had to “start over.” Fast forward, I was able to quit my job last week to stay home with our children and pursue beauty school because my husbands blue collar job provides us a very comfortable living.

But I never looked down on guys based on their job but only if the guy was goofy or chubby. That is bad enough because those type of guys are overlooked too and they can be amazing as well.

My father was an electrical engineer for Common Wealth Edison for 30 years. He retired at age 51 22 years ago. Why? Because he made $350,000-400,000 a year. His pay out retirement package was too good to pass up. He did two years at community college. No degree.
He sent my sister and I to elite private schools from k-12 out of pocket. Paid for both of our college tuitions out of pocket. Every summer we traveled overseas and every spring break we went to Hawaii or the islands.
We shopped at Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Marshall Fields.
And what did my mother make who has three masters and is still working? $110,000 a year.
NEVER look down on blue collar men. They are where it’s at. My current boyfriend (who wants to marry me) is a blue collar man. He reminds me of my dad. A good hard working man.
Meanwhile, my male white collar colleagues make on average $65,000… with their little college degrees. They can’t pick up overtime and make an extra $2-5k a week on top of what they make because they are stuck in salaried positions.
    PREACH GODFATHER!

@@rustyray420yeah you can. They are extremely rare and experts at their skill. I know electronic techs with 2 year degrees or apprenticeships who can build and design motherboards from scratch and troubleshoot. They have the technical experience and the theoretical knowledge to be promoted to electrical engineers. They are respected because they can see a blueprint, schematic, or circuit from the perspective of a tech and engineer. They are the go to guys in their trade. I don’t know of any engineers that make 400k a year working for someone else so I know it’s cap.

He is currently in electrician school while working in manufacturing and we plan to go into business after he gets some experience. Its a blessing he can provide for us. I cook, clean and support my husband he’s tired after work! I am waiting for my husband to either get experience from his job or to decide to want to attend college to help him get to a point where we can open our own business! you hit the nail on the head when you said, what we wanted“....
when I was married if I came home late I would often times stop by the corner store buy a beer just to pull up in my driveway and gargle it... So I could act drunk and go to sleep because I didn’t want to hear my ex wife’s mouth.
Funny thing was I didn’t even drink beer.
